A typical day at work would involve several meetings and engaging work.  I would utilize my design and creativity to assist CGI in solving business objectives by implementing the SkillSoft products and services and marketing them.
Each day there was something new to learn since we would need to "walk the talk" and also ensure that we were up to speed on the products and services offerings.  
The hardest part of the job was balancing the multiple priorities and projects within the 74,000 employee program I supported while ensuring that what was delivered was of top-notch quality.
The most enjoyable part of the job was enriching people's lives by teaching, advising and coaching them.

Just a matter of time, lower level managers are forcing good people out to protect their ego.  Every conversation you have they don't agree with ends with you finding another job.  Look no further than the turn over rate of seasoned employees through a pandemic.  Terrible lower leadership, upper management has been getting better so that is a pro.  Hopefully when heads inevitably roll it will be managers first.  Also all perks have basically been eliminated which is what was the pros were before.  At the end of the day it is a job with this company and you are a number it is not a career. 

This is a company with a great team of professionals inundated with so much learning opportunities, the environment is  fast paced with a supportive  team. Management is still learning the ropes in terms of growing its internal talent. HR is non-existent in Canada but thrives in the US. Still a great place to start your technology career with very little pay.

Company culture, pay and benefits are lagging behind newer IT standards but  are still pretty great. Free lunches, free treats are nice. The company is poised for great things now that we've developed a cutting edge product. Best part of the job is the culture and people. It's a casual work environment (as long as the work is prioritized). Feedback is encouraged.

Overall a good professional company located in a fairly small town. Good benefits and starting salary. Little to no opportunity for advancement. Most enjoyable part of this job are the co-workers and low level management.

Everyone is very pleasant to work with and the work hours provide flexibility. There is little room for advancement unless someone leaves. Low turnover rate but wages and vacation time is not in line with industry standards. Benefits are good however.

This role requires the employee to make 50-75 calls a day.  It is very strict to the target goals.  

In my time there I saw a lot of turn over, mainly due to management conflicts.

Culture is changing to a micromanaging culture with many repetitive internal meetings. No clear vision for the future and acquisitions have made operations inefficient 

It was a great company to work for then in 2016 new CEO came in and the good culture left. Massive changes, people no longer valued. No real opportunities for advancement.

Overall a good place to work, good benefits, informal atmosphere and management is approachable. 
There are not many opportunities to move up, and no clear career paths.
Changes in teams and leadership happen often.
