Greeted passengers, checked tickets, helped stow baggage, and aided those that needed assistance
Instructed passengers what to do in emergencies
Prepared for take-offs and landings by ensuring seat belts were fastened and baggage was stowed
In flight, served meals and other refreshments

What is the best part of working at the company?
There isn’t.  It was a very bad experience.  Toxic environment, unfriendly staff.  Not to my expectations as per the interview.

Everything from arriving to work and feeling not welcomed and not being part of the team 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was a toxic work environment.  I never felt part of the team, there was no mentoring.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Receive assignment often times not related to the job, and figure out how to accomplish it.

Unfortunately, my experience at Sky Services was deeply disappointing. Initially, my performance was strong, and I received positive feedback from customers. However, over time, I experienced a lack of proper training, favoritism from management, and a hostile work environment. Despite raising concerns about harassment and unprofessional treatment, my complaints were ignored. I was ultimately let go without a fair explanation. I would not recommend this workplace due to its lack of support, poor culture, and unprofessional management.

Long hours but a dream job, I learned how to serve in the air and be safe at the same time. To use all my training and be accepted as an equal with all the employees. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the long hours and medical emergencies while in-flight. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to be in control of your position at hand and work well with others.

My colleagues. Benefits. Decent salary.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Clients are highly entitled, rich and demanding and unappreciative of the work put in… which is ALOT!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Decent. Colleagues are great. Work from home 2 days/week

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy from morning to afternoon. Rarely take a lunch break.

Exceptional training, extremely knowledgeable team, excellent pay, excellent work environment. Very organized. Many benefits and job perks. Advancement encouraged especially if you posses skills that can be developed. Not ideal for inexperienced aviation workers.

The worst captains and owner I have ever flown with. The owner had complained about everything. Both my captains ate the left overs from the passenger half-eaten meals. I don’t know what was worse flying the owner who wanted you to sit on his knee as you gave a safety briefing - or the captain who thought it was funny, or management who condoned this behaviour!

A very chill environment that has job security and room to grow within. The benefits are pretty standard- 2 weeks vacay, health and life insurance, rrsp matching and such. We receive yearly raises and bonuses but the amount is quite disappointing

It used to be a real good place to work at.  However over the years the good people left and were replaced with people that have no interest other than to get themselves up the ladder.  That being said there’s lots of arrogance amongst the workers and back stabbing. 
Everyone wants to be a boss.  It seems that the new people that get hired think they know everything. 
Not a good place to work !!
