You'll probably end up here if you apply to one of the Job Window ads as they recruit for the company. Be prepared to not be properly compensated for your work and not be able to negotiate if you take the job. The tasks themselves really aren't that bad and it's mainly management and compensation that is the problem.

If you don't have work experience, go ahead and take the job. It'll be great for doing that and beefing up your resume but I don't recommend staying for long.

Review revisions, reprints and new job submissions and approve to push into production. Assist graphic designers to ensure all required materials are provided to change/create marketing piece. Co-workers are very friendly and hardworking. The hardest part of the job is maintaining control over the high volume of jobs submitted. Reviewing the final product and interactive with all account managers and graphic designers very enjoyable.

a normal day for me was get on a managers conference calls every morning then signing in to our dashboard and looking at my teams sales for the day before then conducting a conference call for my team where we would impact on possible dale losses or cancelations and would network with  each other to see what was working in the field and was not working and overcoming the negatives and getting the team pumped up before we would go in to the feild

Your job is to be the Costco sample lady for hard good in a Canadian Tire usually, pay is meagre unless you hit commission (35 hours @minimum wage) but you're expected to be on site for 9-10 hours, 5 days a week. Very nice employees, but the business model itself is pryamid like. You make money based on who you trained.

Its a commission only job. If you dont sell you don't get paid. I made good money working there, but i really put in the time to learn how to sell and worked fairly long hours to get better at it.
If you get a good manager and work really hard at it, you will do just fine. Wouldint recomend for the long run but otherwise its good for a decent paycheck and some new experences.

There were several issues with communication, organization, and follow-up. Although some staff were polite, the overall process was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their customer experience.

Great company to work for, I excelled quickly. Commission based, friendly helpful staff, great training, flexible hours. Lots of opportunity to grow. Over all great experience learned a lot to take with me in the future.

Taking the overall experience working as a sales rep has given me newfound confidence in approaching others and creating better opportunities in life.

Hard work will be rewarded. Just make sure you don't get left by the wayside. If you are always on your manager to move you forward, you will see results.
