*typical day of work applies when it’s the first week of the month. We usually have additional worklist like monthly reports.
*I learned deep analysis and you should not stop learning things, find way to improve yourself, have discipline, harmonious relationship with workmates, work with the team and also being independent in my work,ask questions if not sure about what to do next rather than doing the wrong thing, a lot of keyboard shortcuts, working with different systems of the company, listening and understanding well in line with the meetings, give attention to details, resolving problems through phone calls and in personal, coordination, keeping private security access, doing daily reports, try to be a leader (cause being a good leader is also being a good follower), etc.
*the hardest part of the job is when we have limited time cause I tend to put a lot of time if I am doing a project so that my focus is there and I can make it to near perfect.
*the most enjoyable part of the job is when we are just chill’n out cause we are experts of in our workfield. Celebrating Thanks Giving because of our excellent work that contributed a great level up for the company.

-we start the week with meetings and set another meetings with different department to strategically implement the programs base on the products needs.Most of the time we are in the meeting and in the afternoon is on the admin function like coordinating with partners.
- We work to deliver the requirement's on time any obstacle that we encounter there is always a solution. 
-management is result oriented as long as you deliver your responsibilities.
-we work well in oue team and help with the short comings of our team mate.
the hardest would be the birth pains each of our programs 
  and the most enjoyable is whe you realize that the amount of your work has a greater impact in the communities.

So far, I am doing phone calls, equipment monitoring, proposals for rewards and recognition program, and team building activities.

I am still learning.

The company has a good management. As an On-the-job trainee, I would say that, they provide the necessary training we need.

I get along well with my co-workers. 

There's nothing hard with the tasks. Because I enjoy my job.

I enjoy every task they assign to me. Perhaps, when I finish my training, that is the time I could tell the most enjoyable part.

Providing communications needs from handset to  load and addressing problems especially on net connection. I learned that have different needs in communication based on lifestyle and salary/ income. The management is awesome and everyone is entitled to suggest and open-minded managers are with me. The hardest part is when solution is not within my end and it needs escalation. I enjoy the party and dinner outside as a team so we have fun and talk also on issues about work.

Our daily work is full of meetings, management reports and operational requirements. I learned to be fast paced and to easily adapt with whatever changes we may encounter daily. With the management support and support with some of my colleagues I can easily deliver even the hardest part of the job.
I enjoyed handling people and collaborating with them and other department.

Fast paced and flexibility in terms of changing needs and requirements. Always on the go and team oriented.  

Time based work and time in and out is required 

Most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of being part of the team all the time. 

Hardest part of the job - At time no one wants to take accountability.

It's a very great place to work in. Coming in as a fresh graduate, I firmly believe that I am going through the right training through the fast-paced environment offered by Smart Communications.

However, the pay is not that good, and overtime is quite frequent for someone in the Marketing department.

Had an extensive experience in smart. 
Great place where you can grow.  Your skills will be developed as well as your character.  
Despite of that you need to learn to think and act fast.  Being in the operations you must be quick on those discicline.
