Office at 5h30 and dispatching before 6h30. 7h30 to 4 pm work at warehouses. I learned to be in time always and to work in different environment every day. Good management with the principle of first come first served. Because of the changin environment no specific workplace culture exept being on time and respect rules. Hardest is to wake up very early every day. Enjoyable part is to meet new peoples every day

the most enjoyable part of my job is being opportune to work as a team with other colleagues to achieve a particular goal for the organization

I go to smith personnel's office at 5:30 am, register my name and wait to be sent out to a job. I do different jobs everyday because smith personnel is a temporary agent. working for smith is fun and the management is friendly.

Start early in the morning and work till say, afternoon time. You have 2 breaks first break is a 30 minute break to eat and use the washroom. The second break is fifteen minutes, to use the washroom and drink water.

Great place if you have no skills or are new to Canada,
Otherwise..... pass this joke of a temp agency up anlook for a real job that pays more than minimum wage.... unreal

Working at Smith Personnel was a very good experience, you got to go on different jobs everyday and learn new things everyday which made it very exciting.

Was very easy task job, people were nice and friendly loved it got lots of hours while I worked there and experience working. Boss was very nice and only left to work in a field I was more interested in.

It is a temp agency so alot of really labour intensive work for minimum wages. dispatcher is not personable at all. assignments are hit and miss. no direct deposit as well

Days is typical sometimes and I learned how to commit myself on job
