This company has a real issue with taking time away, almost to the point of toxicity. We as a nation out to be working to sort out this mess, and Snap-on wants us to continue working to Sell, Sell, Sell. Share some encouraging stories and pretend this isn't affecting us, our business and our lives... But some among this company, want people in my position to interact with even more people. Place ourselves in harms way. Act as if nothing is wrong. Then, they try to convince us that we are a 100% required field to keep moving forward. Couple that with underpaid staff and working 60+ hours a week away from home... Don't work here. It's miserable, and you are just a number in a region, you won't really matter, and you have no real say to what happens.

Great place to work in the automotive lifts division a collective team effort is always the order of the day from management to the workers therefore creating family environment.

Management is fantastic. The work its self never seems like a chore. Overall, coworkers are friendly and happy to work with you. You are paid what you are worth.
