1) A typical day at work is stressfull and busy i was meeting with over 60 clients a day and that requires alot of time and alot of paper work and it had to be done in the same day so i can be free for new customers or customer requests which require to work about 10-12 hours daily.
2) I learned alot and my skills to handle everything in stress and how to process thing fast and accurate it helped grow my overall skills in a significant way.
3) Management was supportive but i had do depend on my self as work is very busy and must depend on my self to get things done.
4) Co-workers we had to work as a team and sync together as we are a team and to face the daily tasks we worked well together.
5) The hardest part of the job was the paper work as due to the large amount of customers and their paper work required to be a done and it was massive by time i was able to conquer that and finish in a reasonable time frame and more accurately.
6) I enjoyed serving customers and helping them with their needs at the same time selling the right products to them really helped me to get a very strong and loyal relation ship with my customers.

My work started at 8:00 am and ended around 5 pm from Monday to Friday. I learned a lot of things from my job such as the ability to work both independently and with team, developing interpersonal skills, satisfying the customer, working under pressure and so on. My manager was a very nice person who aimed to make a good work atmosphere. I had an excellent relationship with all of my co-workers and they were very nice. The most enjoyable part of the job was talking over the phone with customers in order to help them...and the hardest part of the job for me was the fact that I lived so far from the job and I spent a lot of time to get to my workplace.

*I learned problem solving, time management and persistence
*We are all so cooperative and helpful with each other
*The hardest part of the job is going and returning from work because of the long distance driving at rush hours
*The most enjoyable part is while digging and solving an abnormal case

Don't leave the company in March and April. If you leave the company or even submit a resignation before the bonus is paid, you are not eligible for bonus payout although you've worked the previous whole year.
Work life balance is hard as you work for extended time to catch-up with pending stuff.

Projects were really low level, no value added, waste of time, they are milking it. Good bank overall, great culture. 👍 the bank is well diversified and inclusive. Good group of young developers, extremely supportive. This bank is great giving opportunities to new graduates and interns but not good for senior SME professionals who have been in the finance/technology for a while. 

Conducted analysis on customers' transactional data to develop fraud rules and strategies while balancing the impact to operational teams and the customer experience         

Created and updated reports for fraud metrics and advised senior management on strategy performance and trends analysis as well as 

Acted as a subject matter expert and represented fraud Analytics group at project meetings as well as industry forums 

This was my best contract!  We had tons of things to do, and the days passed quickly and happily.  It's a bank but the work culture makes it feel a lot like it's a number of small communities  depending if we're working on the same projects or in the same environment.  I've done loots of things working with them and it felt like a breeze.

As an internal auditor I feel that the role is an interesting and a challenging one where you meet several people from the business, find out what they do and then carry out periodic & specific types of business audits.

Real management is in the hands of french people and they do not have much experience in managing teams in Canada. Poor management skills and communication which brings moral down and makes it difficult to advance.

It is a great workplace, with great colleagues and professional team work. 
It was my first permanent job, where I learned to collaborate with colleagues and clients in order to assure the results expected by the administration.
