What is the best part of working at the company?
Learning new things and discovering new technologies related to the hearing aid industry.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with the office politics and peoples reluctance to change things for the better.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
As like most companies, very superficial; managers are only looking out for themselves and are reluctant in providing any training.  Family members are put in supervisory positions making it next to impossible to move up in the company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dealing with customers, answering calls and solving issues that arise in various departments.

I've worked with this Company for 26 yrs.Good benefits great company only thing is that Management is very bad.All the Manager are the same don't care about employees well being. Too many of Vietnamese working there like a fish market no English at all.Salary is too low and their is a lot of bullying going on with in the employee management doesn't do anything about it.

I used to work at service dept.only 8 technicians. Multicultural people ,good management,great pay with full benefits plus monthly bonus.Every month we had Town Hall Meetings with a great lunch. On Christmas it was  a nice atmosphere an a nice Christmas party. In general it was a very good company to worked for .

it is a 9 to 5 job with no expectation of over time - people are very friendly and respectful - the first thing that you will notice is the respect and appreciation culture in this company - there is a good balance between job and life - pay and benefits are fair - There are lots of fun events on a regular basis

Worked there as a co-op during university and had a great experience. They teach you a lot about the products while on-boarding even beyond what's required for the job which was very interesting. Most of the time there was little work to do and could get boring at times. 

I have worked for Sonova for 4 years now, culture here is very diverse 

Sonova is always a busy environment even during the pandemic.

I enjoyed working with Senior Management, as well as many of my collegues.

I am sad to go

They give enough time for onboarding, remote work is norm and supported, they also take care of the ergonomic requirement and well being, most of my requests addressed with in same day

Hearing care is a growing industry with in a caring organization, nice people & good opportunities to career advance if you engage.

The upper manager are really friendly and supportive. Also, my supervisor is really helpful. The thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is that too many asians people there

technical environment.  My role was listed as Marketing but it was anything but.  The work i was asked to completed was a medical technology spec type work.
