Very good training right from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Very safety driven high performance team. The positivity is easily recognizable in the culture. People seem genuinely happy to come to work. I loved the fact that the leaders team was far more concerned about my safety and well being than anything else in the plant including performance. Got to know the whole team, and still remain friends with some. I honestly do not have any thing negative to say other than the shift work, but I guess that comes with the territory. Wish I could have stayed longer, I learned a lot about production, Lean, Team work, and the fact that not all production jobs have to suck. Most of the team are long term employees which tells the story in itself, people who come to work at Soprema want to stay. Great benefits and good pay make this my all around top job I have ever had. 

Work was quite hard and repetitive. Extremely dusty. Lifting and stacking panels on skids all day every day. Very toxic and cult-like work environment. You will work amongst huge egos, always competing for the top numbers. If you don't fit in with these degenerates then you will be laid off guaranteed no matter how hard you worked or how above and beyond you went. It's not about how hard you work but how well you get along with those who have the seniority. 

Hard work is not rewarded and you will be treated like disposable mule. If you're an alcoholic, you'll fit right in. Can be easy going some days but most of the time very grueling and taxing on the body. Low pay with zero advancement opportunity, they will keep you at the bottom and you will stay there indefinitely. Donkey work is all it was, hard work was NOT rewarded! Would not recommend.

Half in the office, half on the road. Making sales calls, creating presentations, managing product samples. Learning what it means to support each other in a healthy work environment. Management cares about your personal life and recognizes the need to have anonymity in the day to day operation but still be available to help. It’s a work hard play hard environment where wins are celebrated and loses are coached effectively. It is a lot of travel but that can also be the most enjoyable. 

Smells like tar, but other than that, it is a great place to work. Good work life balance. Management cares about you well being and mental health. Organised highly efficient place makes for a smooth day. When things go wrong, that when things get busy. Every one supports each other and works together as a team. 
  Always seem to be opportunities for advancement and the managers support you in being better and getting better jobs. 
  Would highly recommend, only left because my family moved. 

Worked here years ago. There were significant issues with airborne particulate. This is hearsay from some years ago, but I recall worker compensation being requested to sample air quality, and it just so happened they mfg'd the product with lowest air quality issues the day the testing sampling cronies arrived. Overall a positive experience as my direct supervisor was great. Very valuable experience learning here, but overall the upper management simply did not value employees. If they paid me fairly for my work, I would have ultimately never been looking for other opportunity and stayed longer.

Soprema is a fantastic company to work for. They are fair in their promotions and treatment of all its employees and strive to make the work place a welcoming environment. They offer a competitive wage with great benefits and perks. The work can be hard at times but then, that it why we are here. To work and be a part of a successful company. It is always fair and at the end, rewarding. I have worked at a few companies in my career and have never felt as much like I am a part of a family as I do working for Soprema. 

Recently there was a restructuring of the pay, the pay was ok before now it is even better. Regret leaving. The job itself was ok, kept me busy. Shift work is not the best, but it needs to be done, and they do it in a fair way. Making night shift shorter for the same pay was a very appreciated gesture. Great group of guys, still friends with some. Management works hard to keep employees happy. They worked along side us many occasions. Over all a good company, good job!

Honestly the best company i’ve ever worked for and i preach day in and day out about how well the company was run , all the supervisors especially and the plant manager(s). The benefits are amazing, everyone one the floor is as helpful and as friendly as can be. It’s machine run work but it can be fast paced keeping you busy. Always lots of work to do.
One negative is it is shift work, which can take a lot out of you.

It's hot dirty work but it's a great group. The plant manager is awesome and did a lot for me while I was there. I didn't like the fiberglass but I loved how much I learnt while working at Soprema. If a leadership roll is your goal, there are lots of opportunities here. And if you don't have any ambition to advance, you will likely never move from where you start.

This was an ok job, Nothing special. Not super challenging. Good atmosphere. Everyone was pretty cool. Nothing bad to say except for shift work. Great pay. Team all seems happy. Hardest part of the job is the heat in the summer, but management does try to make it better with huge fans and AC units.
