Documentation for projects is often good with multiple levels of support based on an escalation system according to the severity of the issues encountered onsite.

Management needs better training.
Almost no chance for advancement.
Don't ever ask for a raise, it wont happen...owner is too busy buying new, very expensive cars and houses to be able to afford raises.
Used to have Christmas parties, those stopped.
Used to be able to earn up to 4 weeks vacation, that's been taken away.
Benefits have been cut back.
best part of the job is the other people (on your level)..they're awesome! too bad management doesn't see it.

I was following with Schedule, make sure all the team members were on the there duties. Follow up with client and arrange meetings. Make sure all the training materials are in order. I learned more about customers and how to keep them happy with in companies guide lines. Most of the employees were professionals and was fun to work with.the hardest par was to keep customers happy.
Enjoyable part was to learn and teach.

As a co-op student the workplace was more of a learning experience than a job. I learned many things such as setting up servers for companies and wiping and preparing computers for client use. The work culture was great, as a co-op student the workers taught me how to do daily work and were very patient when teaching me. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning how to do the daily work.

The people here are great to work with, management is not!!!

Don't expect a raise....can't afford raises when the owner is off buying new super high end cars every year and houses in the Caribbean.

Salaries are far from competitive.

Overall a good place to work.The only major downfall for this company is that it has far too many very lengthy freezes of work periods, causing very lengthy periods between pay dates and inability to develop a household operating budget. Some freeze periods can be up to 6 weeks.

Worse place I ever work the manager  and Directors ONLY THINK of them selves and do not give employee encouragement or bonus when they go beyond call  of duty to get the job done they micro manage

I like to work Soroc, because I know the Company Value. I know the Clientele. all the field staff is very helping & Freindly. Timings are flexible & free to move. No pressure during assignment.

Working for soroc was a stepping stone, not a company I ever want to work for. 
All current employees have poor work culture, no team's meeting, no goals settings. 


I worked casually in the part but not working for them right now but I found them very supportive and flexible in working with hem.
