I've worked for Source Atlantic for 6 months and have not had a bad day since I started. My immediate manager is very patient, kind and helpful; and I feel very comfortable approaching them with any situation good or bad.
This is the type of company that treats you as a member of their work family and not just as a number in their files. My coworkers are genuine and kind, as are management. 
This company puts a lot of focus and time into training, making it very easy to learn the industry and know what Source Atlantic is about.
Source also sees value in education and allows their employees to develop themselves personally and professionally through internal training and external learning.
I have worked a few different jobs, but this is by far my favorite. I look forward to coming into work each day. I feel challenged in my day-to-day, which helps me grow and use critical thinking strategies.
I would easily rate this company with 5 stars. 
Nowhere is perfect, but this is pretty darn close.

I have been working here for several months and have had an interesting experience thus far.  This company is constantly growing and there are many new things to look forward to.  I received a lot of help from Headhunters to make my transition to Source Atlantic which was also a great experience.  

I came to Source Atlantic with little knowledge of the company's product lines but have utilized the training resources to help accelerate my experience as well as help from fellow employees.  It can be a busy place but your fellow employees are always willing to help you with any situation your are faced.  Management is always positive and willing to help you achieve your career goals.  I'm glad to have begun a new chapter with this organization.

Organizations and how they operate are ever changing.  At Source Atlantic, I appreciate the continuous improvements that this company engages with and the strategic development that they empower their employees to engage with.  I have grown significantly as both a professional, and an individual and the mentorship and guidance from the leadership team has been a key highlight for me. 
If you are a dedicated employee, willing to dig in and show your commitment and willingness to take any task and execute with excellence, come work with us. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Front line people, everyone doing there best and under appreciated 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Non-communication from upper management. Say one thing do the opposite. Frontline never knows what is going on and the direction 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible, very low morale, everyone is looking for another job, or just stays and complains

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Was good but a lot of administrative duties for sales people

Source Atlantic is a great place to learn and grow. Continuing education is a major focus and they are willing to extra mile for their employees. This is 150 year old company who is growing and looking for top talent. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new challenge to come and work for Source Atlantic. They have also been named one of Canada's Best Managed Companies for two years in a row.

The culture is also very warm and suggestions are welcomed by all continuous improvement and customer service are main focus in Source Atlantic.

An okay company to work for. The wages were decent for being in the maritimes. However the culture of this company is to resist change and not be efficient. Everything about this company from the policies and processes to operations and even the office furniture is stuck in the 1980's. Not a modern company and no encouragement for the employees to accept and/or promote change.

The private jet lands once every six weeks to make them feel they are helping. They push learning through their online portal. Don’t learn at all but they “check the box”. Management is toxic at all levels and those that try to impact positive change are shown the door. By far the worst career move of my life. Being a puppet without a voice is the most difficult part of the role. A few people that actually care are a pleasure to work with.

They only contract out their employees and dont have much to do with the employees once they are hired

Not know how long the job would last, couldnt really plan long term

No support from Supervison or follow ups

Average... put in your time ....

Things were good at first, then they had a huge change in management and it went down hill fast. The branch is struggling, and will continue to struggle for a while. Training is not adequate and expectations are unrealistic. Hard work goes unnoticed, until you give your notice, than all of a sudden they show how much they need you. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving at 430 everyday. Plus no weekends

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with selfish people at all levels wanting to look good at anyone’s expense 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Tense egg shells not fun at all. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Compound annoyance and frustration
