Service managers made you work long hours, pay plan was horrible. Targets hard to reach because it was a brand new dealership. Always feared for your job because management was unstable and unpredictable with what they were going to do.  Fired approx. 6-7 service employees within 2 months of each other.  Low morale.  Would not recommend working at South Trail Chrysler.

Management does not care about you. They provide the most basic training and expect you to immediately know everything. They won’t provide you with any feedback on how to do better and will gossip about you. I suggest working elsewhere unless you enjoy coming into work everyday wondering if you will be the next one fired for no specific reason. This company has no loyalty to their employees. 

South Trail Chrysler received the Automotive News Canada award as the Best Dealership to work for in 2022. The management is very professional and easy to deal with. Very understandable coworkers and all the staff is super nice and friendly. Will recommend to everyone who is looking for a job. 

It’s a clean and newer dealership, some management was good some were not so good. Unless you’re upper management you don’t really have any job security, there was no loyalty in my experience, you can work yourself to death and it doesn’t matter . If they need to save a buck by getting rid of you they’ll do it.

I did not mind working here, they taught me a lot of useful sales techniques and had management that was not afraid to push you to success. Pay was not too bad but typical expectation to work lots of hours which I don't think is necessary as long as the work you put in is high quality.

There is really nothing good to say about a company that won't even give it's employees coffee. If you kiss up to the right people you'll be fine but don't expect any support back.

Staff at this work place is always miserable, management is very poor, when  you bring a problem up they never make an effort to solve it. Always nervous of coming in and getting fired (high turnover) and the pay is terrible. Overall... do not work here

Corporate, quiet and boring. Dead quiet in the showroom, no spark, worked here for quite a while and can't get used to it.  Be prepared to work in the Library.

Good company to work for. Promotes within and has a very positive atmosphere. My manager was great and really supported my efforts. The dealership itself is great, clean bright and a really nice place to showcase cars!
