The interview and onboarding process went very smoothly. Company is ramping up which is very exciting. Management is always helpful and available. 
The company is still small so you get familiarized quickly with all your co-workers, and the environment is always very friendly. 
Lots of opportunities to learn and engage in building new features and solutions, as well as actively seeing you work impact the company.

Sowingo has a great team and smaller staff but really a family environment. Management is very understanding and well organized and the diverse staff is great to work with. I appreciated the training when I first started going at my own pace. I've learned a lot at this job, and growth is encouraged as there are opportunities for advancement. 
Overall an educational, fun, and friendly place to work.

Awful place to work at. No support to the sales team even after discussing the hurdles. No empathy at all. No leadership in sales with a good commendable knowledge. No job gurantee.,

Awful place to work to be honest. Unrealistic demands from management, and no support is offered to employees at all. non existent work life balance  and a lack of direction for the company
