A typical day at work included making outbound calls to sell the product. I learned how to actively listen to customer issues and concerns, acknowledge their position, and guide them to the best suited options for them in terms of their needs. The managment was very supportive and inspiring. Co-workers helped and supported in dealing with difficult/challenging issues. The hardest part of the job was dealing with customers who wouldn't allow to explain the product, and how it might benefit them. The most enjoyable part of the job was the competitive and yet supportive spirits of the co-workders.

The scheduling was all over the place anywhere from 12 hours up to midnight and then sceduled to go back in for 9 to 12 hours at 8am the next morning. My co-workers were great, everyone was very personable and helpful towards one another. The training for management was lacking in support as they were trained for the job at the same time as we were and therefor didn't have the experience to handle problems that might occur.

a typical day at work would have to consists of making calls to clients,what i learned is to not take no for an answer,management and i never had a problem,my co-workers and i got along,the hardest part of the job was trying to satisfy my boss and not gt yelled at by the customers,the most enjoyable part of the job was talking to the nice people on the other line

Poor pay. Computers always breaking down. Sometimes spent 1/2 hr trying to find one that works. Chairs are literally falling apart, ripped to high heavens. Sups & Team leads literally sit on your desk & stare at u whispering for u to get off the phone with Cx, which was difficult when you had a very complex call. 

The experience at SP Data was horrible for me. There is no structure in the work environment and there was a lot of things going on that was inappropriate. Also schedules were never consistent we had different schedules every week.

Terrible management, terrible pay, cant survive off that meager salary at all.
Work from home is the only pro i can think of most of the time you find yourself more experienced than your terrible Tl or manager.

Monitoring calls, training and talking to telephone reps, offering floor support, computer work, meetings and presentations.

FUN WORK PLACE AND GREAT MANAGEMENT TO WORK WITH TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE OF EMPLOYEES NEEDS ,TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH RESPECT AND LOYALTY, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
