Only worked there for 4 shifts - all my co-workers and supervisors were awesome, easy going and helpful.  The work itself was pretty mind numbingly boring.  If you want to get trained on other things, operating the machinery, driving the combi/fork lifts, opportunity is there.  To me - they have too many people working, lots of standing around and waiting.  Where I was there were 5 people on that part of the line, and they could easily get rid of 1, possibly 2 people and not lose productivity...  but what do I know, I was only there for 4 shifts.  Seriously, you have to try to keep busy and even then you're doing nothing 40-60% of the time.  
Hardest part of the job - being bored out of your skull.  Can't have idle chit-chat because of noise and having to wear ear protection.
Most enjoyable part - the people you work with are all pretty easy going and cool.  Pay is pretty decent, I don't know about benefits.  Overtime is available if you want.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Dealing with the owner's irrational behaviour.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I have found the atmosphere to be increasingly stressful. Specifically, I am concerned about what appears to be a high level of favoritism and internal politics, which I believe is negatively impacting team morale and overall productivity.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just routine work without any positive developments.

I really enjoyed my actual job. I enjoyed working with the other departments. Although I was paid very well for the work that I produced, the culture is very negative and depending on the department you work in, people are micromanaged to the point of anxiety. The hardest part of the job was reporting to someone that wouldn't allow me to do my job. This in combination with the cattiness in the workplace made it unbearable to work there. I respected the President and I hope that he sees that what is under his nose is hurting his business some day and fixes it.

Nothing much but the end of the day

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The manger and how they change things and never for the better. Always wants everything in an email but never sends one. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a negative environment and they don’t do much to help the works. 85% of the work force are temps and always changing

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and can’t wait to the end of day or for the weekend

I worked as a PLC Programmer in this fast-paced manufacturing environment where I gained valuable hands-on experience in automation and troubleshooting. The company provided exposure to a variety of systems, allowing me to strengthen my skills in programming, diagnostics, and process improvement. Management was generally supportive, and there were opportunities to collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues efficiently

Has potential but is horribly mismanaged. 
Intimidation and fear fuel this company.  Bully tactics that demoralize an employee. 
Good people leave as soon as they realize this not a place to grow your career.  
The management is so micromanaged they can't provide vision and mission to their employees. 
Management shows no empathy to the workers who work hard.  No communication an no teamwork.
Everyone is replaceable. 

I was put into a roll with no previous experience in the aluminum field, I was expected to know everything with zero training

I was tasked with work that they did not train me in but expected to succeed, finally received some training and was let go due to lack of training a week later.

They leave 0 room for error especially when not training you 

Worked at Spectra for 3 years and found I was always learning something new to better myself and stay busy, the culture was very welcoming, so you never felt like you couldn't ask a question. There was lots of  employee engagement activities which let all departments mingle together.
