A regular day at work, working here was pushing heavy loads of cooking flour up and down a room , throwing scoops into to spinning barrels that are used to make sprinkles for donuts and ice cream, after the bin is empty  that im pushing, I'd have to refill it with 6-8 bags of flour , they were pretty heavy to lift constantly (around 50-60 pounds each) then repeat the same thing again. I learned how to make sprinkles it's was fun but a lot of hard work , the hardest part of the job was working in hot temperatures lifting bags of flour and pushing the bin up and down a room with 19 barrels on each side. I got to work with one other person but that person was just there to check the sprinkles and make sure they're okay.

I worked as a PLC Programmer in this fast-paced manufacturing environment where I gained valuable hands-on experience in automation and troubleshooting. The company provided exposure to a variety of systems, allowing me to strengthen my skills in programming, diagnostics, and process improvement. Management was generally supportive, and there were opportunities to collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues efficiently


	Managed plant maintenance for Hydraulic, pneumatic rotary and process equipment and Managed inventory of all MRO parts, including consumables of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic & pneumatic valves etc.
	Prepared parts and services requirement and coordinated with suppliers
	Used SCM & MM modules of SAP on regular basis
	Managed Health, Safety and Environment system of the company
	Developed & implemented production area procedures

• Racking of aluminum parts to prepare for anodizing process.
• Print the ticket to instruct operator on process required.

• Unrack and pack the finished parts and make it ready for shipment.

Is a busy work environment where you learn lots and have lots of opportunity to grow into different roles. I started as a general labor and moved into the Quality department a couple months after and learned lots from the senior staff and my manager.

Run!!!! Do not work here!!!! They are completely lost, too many bosses, too many people telling you what to do. Very disorganized and micro managed. No respect for employees and short paid a few times. Do not apply here.

Work here for 2 years until I moved, and I learned so much in my time here and was taught so much.  Is a great place to learn and grow, would still be there if I didn't move away. 

The work environment is bad. Wouldnt recommend. Well trained personnels dont stay long at this company. Work culture is combative. I feel sick coming into work here
