Fairy simple to learn the sales aspects but tough to keep effort above and beyond not everyone can act like they’re having  a wonderful day when in reality they’re going through a struggle internally. One thing I didn’t like about the company is that they literally lie to you about a certain base pay amount you’ll be getting weekly for your effort only to realize thats a lie when you’re already a month in behind on bills just to motivate you stay there but they do give you tips to improve daily. So you must be ready to learn as quick as possible to make sales as they depend on your income, you must be ready to convince a customer in the quickest and unsalable way possible otherwise they'll walk away. Must be confident in your knowledge of the product your selling and ready to be friendly and indifferent from a salesperson in a short amount of time or will literally just be wasting your time but if you get good at it you can make a quick hundred bucks per sale if the customer keeps it for a certain amount of time. Worth the try but also a risk.

The training here is incredible.HR really does care about the employees and are constantly working on Ways to improve. 

Supervisors are always willing to work with their employees on growth , Meeting metrics, And making sure that the employees feel comfortable on site

There are remote possibilities here. However you have to be a full star Metric meeter. 

The reason I left this company is because. I did not agree with the way that they make money. It's it seemed quite unethical to me. Such as lying to their customers about certain promotions to get them on board with a subscription and then turn around.And not give it to the customer once they were locked in on a contract. 

This is a good company to work for if you're looking to be praised By your employer. However be one hundred percent ready For angry customers with a right To be angry. And you also have to be ready to stand up for a company doing shady deals. 

Supporting the needs of the office management and providing an overall safe office environment and facility upkeep is the focus of the position.  Becoming knowledgeable about facility related issues is necessary and was learned in a short amount of time, such as, HVAC, pest control, plumbing, landscaping, vending machine, fire department and fire alarm processes.  Turnaround on securing dates and meeting service deadlines and communicating issues to management can be challenging.  Working with a variety of people and providing a smooth daily operation of these same services with no interruptions is what is enjoyable. The position focus has moved away from the traditional role of travel arrangements and creating reports.

I was Time warner Cable employee for 8 + years until Charter Communications bought TWC because CEO/shareholders of TWC wanted massive payout.
Too bad because Charter/Spectrum is jack n the box compared to TWC.  Micro management at it's worst, 2 meetings a day, since they believe in top heavy management tiers.  Everything was limited, where you can sell, what you can sell, when you can sell.  As opposed to TWC, where for 8 years I had the autonomy to simply just bring in sales numbers, that's all. 
Oh, did I mention PENSION? TWC would vest you with pension after 5 years service, real old school retirement money forever if you so choose.  Charter killed that.  When I was out for surgery they even cut my benefits with no notice.
Needless to say, I would not recommend Charter/Spectrum.

TWC has been the company that is in reality the one that gives you what you really want in life. From their compensation packages to the opportunities to move up in the company. I have been move up to different positions in the past 3 years 4 time. Starting as a regular sales rep in a retail store to now being a Sales Coach for TWC. the experience has been the best. In my first year I was awarded top sale person of the year for my department and was send to Jamaica in a all expenses paid trip with my wife. It lined up with my 10 year anniversary with my wife's marriage.  I can say enough about the great atmosphere in the work place that makes you feel like you are the best in what you do.

I enjoyed working here only because the pay was good and I was lucky enough to be the in the only training group that had the 8-5 schedule. And the people I was training with were great people that I grew to know and still speak with to this day. Bit as far as managemnt. Their VERY uptight and they give you know support on the floor when you need it. They have a "online supervisor" "support system" thats never worked. Sometimes you you would have the costumer waiting on the phone for over 20 min just to get a supervisor online. But I wouldnt recommend or refer anyone to work there.

I should've known what I was getting myself into, applying for a call center job. the pay kind of blinds everyone. its good pay but not for the stuff and less than polite people that you have to put up with. you cant take unpaid time off. they lie to you in the interview saying there's an 85% chance you'll get 2 days off in a row, then in training learn there's an 85% chance you will get split days off. my friend's great grandmother passed away, and they refused to let her have the day off for her funeral because they decided she wasn't close enough family. I have nothing good to say about this company.

Great people to work with that appreciate and value your contribution.

No being able to connect with coordinator after hours.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good mix of people with a blend of all cultures triving and working for the betterment of our elderly and others in need of assistance in there daily lives.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day starts at 8 a.m. and finish by 6 p.m. Its usially busy.

At spectrum you are part of a team working in a culture of dignity and respect. Intense training is offered and support given to achieve and develop skills and knowledge to ensure you can support thise individual needs with a personal centered approach to the individual supporting them with all care needs and aspirations meaningful to them. I have been an employee for 17yrs and the reason being I have always felt valued for the work I do on a daily basis.

Spectrum not only helps you obtain certifications and transferrable college unit courses, they also pay for it. 
I could go on, but that alone pretty much speaks volumes about the company and culture. 
Theres no such thing as a perfect company but the interdependency here is engaging.
