Most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with the day to day problems successfully where every one was happy and giving people positive encouragement for a job well done.

The culture is great, many employees are life long. Management is very easy to talk to and attentive.

Some of the employees that come and go cause stress. They can be very negative but are probably like that everywhere.

Excellent! Great people, good flow of work, secure job!

Fast paced and always learning new things!

Honestly there isnt anything decent about this company.

Everything is super stressful. Company is very unorganized, and there is no structure there.

Mostly hostile and just unwelcoming.

A typical day was me busting my hump while everyone else sat on their butts and watched me do jobs that required multiple people.

Management always open to new ideas to save money or improve the products of the company.
The hardest part of the job is hiring good people and keeping them as management is not going to allow you to pay a good salary to good people.

The bosses are so mean and don't care about anyone

Nobody talks to anyone and some employees pick on people

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Dirty hard labour's sheetmetal and insulation

Extremely disorganized to the point of stepping over garbage while getting to the unit to work on. Immediate supervisor/ leader was there to get paid and not working most of the day. Maybe will give you 1 minute to explain what to do, then disappear when needed. 
Workplace culture is everyone for themselves, non existent teamwork and management intimidation sums up the work experience. 

Spinnaker Industries is a company that makes Air industrial air conditioners. The company is pretty good treating their workers well. The experience for me was pretty good. My job was to do tasks that the manager gave out such as punch holes in metal sheets or accumulate screws.

Its a good place to work.The supervisors are good people down to earth stern.Like at most work places you get along with some coworker and you do your work.The most enjoyable part about my Job was that the mig welding machines were new>

Spinnaker is a solid family run business with strong bonds with their employees.  Every employee is treated with respect and valued for their unique contributions to the success of the business.  

Good place to work and learn.  Good management and work life balance.  Lot of oppurtunity to grow and very dedicated team.  Always helping to get the job done properly.
