The job itself includes raising large stretch membrane aluminum structures to create quick buildings that are literally hurricane proof. The company is extraordinary, the people are friendly, the job itself is rewarding. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to leave in a hurry but if I could go back I wouldn't hesitate. This company treats you with respect and dignity and not once did I ever feel like I was being pushed too hard or being asked too much. The pay starts a little lower but that's what happens when you start from the bottom... The wage goes up with experience, and depending on the position, included paid travel all across the globe. On-site restaurant with an amazing chef who has a keen eye or delicious french cuisine. If you have ever thought about a career in life that didn't involve breaking yourself, this place is 100% worth looking into. The company also makes hefty charitable donations regularly and is always on the front line when a natural disaster occurs

Sprung Structures is a great place to work. I’ve had many opportunities to grow and learn, and the staff are friendly and supportive. It’s a well-rounded company, and the on-site gym and bistro are a fantastic perk.

Like any role, there can be stressful periods when things are busy, but overall the team support and positive work environment help balance it out.

The culture is welcoming and team‑oriented. Everyone is friendly and supportive, which makes it a great place to work. The environment encourages learning, collaboration, and growth while still feeling comfortable and inclusive.

This place had me so stressed out. I was literally pulling the hair out of my face and scalp I’ve been working since I was 13 and I’ve never had a job that made me pull out my own hair the management there is absolutely the worst. I’ve never had management treat me the way that this place treated me I’m very disappointed in the company and very sad about it because I tried to get with this company for six years and I’ve never been so disappointed, in a job, my entire life but I can sit here and say I understand why they have 100% turnover 

Pay there drivers minimum wage . Shipping and receiving manger was stand up guy . But his over all staff are conniving , and two faced . After 3 months , you have to go beg for you raise they promise you not worth the stress , for such Little pay .its work , till you find Better.

I loved everything about my job and responsibilities. Too bad they threw that into the garbage….
Their loss, years of being good at the knowledge I learned. 

The company has an incredible culture, especially for active people. Volleyball, kickboxing spin classes, weight lifting all offered at head office as well as a full time chef. 

The complany was fantastic. The boss as well as other employees were very encouraging and patient and always kept me busy. The company frovided many facilities like a full gym and a full cafeteria with many food choices.

job was fun, people where great and management actually cared about you as a person not a number. tim sprung himself would notably always say good boring to the majority of the staff he could and generally a decent guy.

The product sales cycle is 5+ years and is heavily commission based. It is difficult to earn a living working at Sprung Structures, especially in Toronto where the cost of living is high. High turn over rate of sales reps.

Only worked a few months with them juring the construction of their plant at Aldersyde. Great experience as the structure was still under research and development for a struture of that magnitude.
