I’ve worked here for a while to figure out that we do not matter. The only good that comes out of this place is the people willing too stay. The excessive turnover is outrageous but they do not bother too see why. (Poor management). Management does not care about you or your wellbeing while working at camp and have little to no empathy to drastic home emergency’s. If they do not like you they will try their hardest to make you quit (switch your shifts around, change job roles, bullying) HR is well aware of the atmosphere and the PERSON who is all to blame for it but choose not to do anything about it because of money. The money is not worth it, don’t work here. 

The culture is a bit toxic which leads to HUGE turnover.  I have never seen turn over numbers this high, we joke that we don't even bother learning new people's names. This seems to lead to more toxicity to figure out who is to blame for everything.  They tell you to do something and you do it exactly as they say and you are told you did it wrong.  

The camp is the worst one I know of, food quality is poor, very little for activities. 

Management has only one concern: money.  They give lip service to everything else. 
They dangle a bonus and yearly raise in front of you and it disappears.

The people you are working with are genuine and as a rule make it easier  being away from home each rotation in.

High work load with  minimal staff

Culture is good overall. Site culture is drastically different than what corporate  dictates. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically a normal day is around being in the field doing health and safety related tasks.

Most of the people you work with are fantastic people, the managers and higher ups are absolute clowns though. Wages suck, they don't care about you or your safety, they'll ask you to do things outside of standard safety practice and will then blame you for it. If you can. Avoid this place at all costs. Myself and 2 others I know have worked here and have horrible experiences as well.

The work environment is very toxic and the culture is well there is none

Work, eat bad food,sleep in bad accommodation and repeat

This is a place where they expect 1 person to do the job of 3. I made as much or more in 2006 as I did here in 2020. Safety…..what safety. Only thing safety related is the excessive amount of “safety personnel” you see on site collecting a cheque to do nothing. Managers for managers is what this place is all about. 

They single people out and write you up for everything but not certain people ( if your more valuable to them ) it's a hurry hurry get it done....but slow down and be safe lol then get in trouble if you don't get it done because you were trying to work safe. And a million other things....find out for your self I don't care haha

The purpose of the site (Seabee) seems only to be to make the company the most money while spending the bare minimum. It may look good on paper and certainly attracts investors, but the actual people doing the work end up doing the paying. Turnover is extremely high and yet very little felt like it was being done to retain talent. It felt like a very unsustainable business model.

I worked in the kitchen. Work was easy, people were virtually impossible to work with. I wasn't related to anyone. I found food in the fridges that was unrecognizable because of all the mold. If you are a hardworking, coniensous individual I would recommend do not apply here. They will suck the life out of you
