What is the best part of working at the company?
The benefits are pretty good and most of the people are nice. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The patients can be difficult, and there is a definite hiearchy in hospitals so some superiors may not treat you well. Clerical staff is resistant to change.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depends on the department. Ok, for the most part.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It depends what role you have. In an administrative role, I would say that every day is like grounhog day. Tasks are repetitive.

Most of my co-workers were amazing and helpful. I was nervous during my first week but many of the employees were very kind and helped me. You receive precise instructions for each job, so if you forget what you are supposed to do next, you can just look at your instruction paper! Its very cool.

Management and HR work together to make your life miserable.
Hard workers get taken advantage of, lazy people get paid same or more as hard workers.
Management is super toxic!

The staff is very welcoming and  they never leave you out in work events or activities that happen during. I learned a few things about payroll and how to calculate the hours of every employee working at the research centre.

One of the best hospitals in the city...because of the exceptional quality of the staff. A great number of employees have been there for a very long time. Quality of care is foremost.

Here, another volunteer position, in the Coumadin/Hematology Clinic at the St-Mary`s Hospital, assisting full-time staff in preparing patients' files (retrieving and filing them).

Everyone is willing to Help out. The work load is fair. People are friendly. 
Tools are easily accessible, medications are packaged properly and Cleary state names and dosages. The keyless entry is very easy and safe.

Great staff and workplace culture in general. But the nurse to patient ratio is simply too high for anyone to enjoy the job. It is very demanding physically to work there.

management and coworkers are very approachable and they listen to your suggestions and consider your opinions

Over worked under payed. Not appreciated when you do great work. Taken advantage of for being great strong nurses. Little support from management and less from the higher ups...
