1. One of my typical days at work was attending work on slow days where I was doing the same thing every other day.
2. I have learnt to manage my time getting other things done if my department was slow.
3. Management was very respectful and took the initiative in considering giving staff shorter hours to work when business is slow rather allowing them stay home.
3. The workplace was a multicultural place.
4. The hardest part of the job was the busiest time when we had 25-30 combos of meat to transfer into smaller boxes before our shift ended.
5. The most enjoyable part of my job was accomplishing my duties in an orderly manner.

- Have overtime opportunities
- Have to stand on cold working environment
- Work under pressure

Typical day at work: packing. organizing, stocking shelves

I learned: different cuts of meats, how to operate a forklift

The hardest part of the job: long hours

The most enjoyable part of the job: N/A

I worked in three different areas of the plant over a year. Packing was the best, sorting was hard cleaning the conveyors  was hardest. I highly recomend working here.

very less pay with more hours , very cold environment , very bad management
there is no rules and regulation for employees.
people shouting and no respect to other people

good company to work for. they do give opportunity for new workers, train them properly. there is career growth although pay structure is low relative to the market.

Ask anyone that works there or who has worked there.  Its a living nightmare.   If the MOL could see what was happening here they would shut the palce down.

This was a great company where I was able to work with others in a team environment.
