Signed up as a Dish Washer with them. Great if travel is of interest, 
since they operate in the States and Canada at the time of this review. It's better as a prep cook since dish washers get the shaft throughout the industry. Really useful in between job finding since it's easy to get a gig. Payment method is easy to set up with minimum tech knowledge needed. You can work as much or as little as you want without hassle.

I'm a nurse, and I am using Staffy to pick up temporary gigs. The application process is quick and easy, app/website is easy to use, pay is better than any hospital/ltc/community permanent job.

I was accepted for the first gig that I applied for. Staffy worked with me via text to get all the details hammered out, and I was orientating a few days later.

I would highly recommend Staffy to all nurses. Take your autonomy back! No more rotating shifts, working every other weekend and every Holiday unless YOU want to!

Since this is an employment agency, the working environment and atmosphere can be very different place to place. It is not always easy to adapt to each place (restaurant) you are sent to, some make it easier for you, others not at all and you struggle all day long. You then choose to return or not. Out of the 40 places were I've been sent, I've blacklisted only 4, so overall positive experience.

Every day can be different due to the nature off the work.

There was an issue with the bank's etransfer service, and my insta pay didn't go through from Staffy.  It's almost been 24 hours and no one has addressed my issue.  There's always clitches in the app.

Their rates are excellent, but what's the point if you can't get paid.  There's no live representative.  You have to wait until their good and ready to pay you.  

Don't leave your day job.

Culture is welcoming and other staff look and share know how with you. Very reassuring!

This is a fantastic agency. They treat workers very well  . Despite doing everything on line, they listen to everyone  and give the workers sense of belongings. In fact, their response time and quality is second to none.

Its a very progressive company that pivoted very well during covid to provide more opportunity to gig workers. Its nimble and understands the market needs and is able to cater to the needs of the market fairly quickly.
