They don’t seem to understand the meaning of work-life balance. To them, having a mandatory “volunteering” system for 6 days a week of work every few weeks is completely normal, with no overtime pay at all. Their staff do nothing, their managers are rude and callous. They keep losing employees because of their poor treatment of staff and inefficient methods of management. Unless you’re an office worker, they will treat you like scum. And they hate and abuse international students. 

Company could not care less about their employees.  Little to no training, no communication and management cares about how they appear to their boss.  Company opens people's shipments and employees are not allowed to have any independent thought.  Company wants to hire new-Canadians so the government will subsidize wages.  Customer service is completely off-shore and terrible.

At first it’s  kinda hard. But when you get use to it youre gonna enjoy it. I learned how to get  better communicate with others ( shy type). The work place is more far better than my previous company. The hardest part of the job is when dealing a lot of shipments on your own. The enjoyable part is when you know that you have long list but still you clear it by the end of the day.

The staff is amazing and friendly. My hard work and dedication let me advance quickly. I feel appreciated and always have a voice. I couldn’t ask for more.

It can be fast paced and peak season

It is a positive and diverse team who depend on each other to get the job done

Stallion Express is a great company for building my career. I joined the company and started working as a Customer Service rep, then became a Warehouse associate and am now working in Account Management. I am grateful to be a part of the Stallion Horse team that works hard and never stops reaching for your dreams! 

Stallion Express is a great company to be apart of, very friendly environment and truly has lots of growth opportunities which I've seen firsthand as I started as a Warehouse Associate and now am the Warehouse Supervisor. Everyone is always willing to help and easily approachable. Would highly recommend it if you are looking to get into logistics.
