Upper Management encourage preferential treatment.
They will promote "Friends Only" even if they are not qualify to do the job some of them had several promotions in 1 year or less, this situation is prejudicial not only to employees who have been placed by inexperienced "bosses" but also to the company itself. 
Management will rather talk about your bad performance with your team on your back, than help to get better.
Here you can find racial and sxl jokes, personal or physical (negative) comments between employees, and also psychological harassments.
Company closed positions / fired several people "DUE COVID" and months after opened the same positions.
Christmas party are wild specially for COO and some PM's.
YES people will succeed

They make it easier for workers to do their jobs.The management is fair and helpful. Training sessions are clear and precise.The cafeteria and washrooms is clean and well kept. 

The only down side for me was that the company was moved to the West island which actually posed an issue for me.

Welcome to the worst job of your life :
poor organization, no training or development plans, a joke of old fashion management, not a good work environment, very poor culture, the company is stuck in stone age, unpaid overtime, low pay compared to other similar companies, absolutely no room for advancement or pay raise.

Productive. i learned to be on time,responsibility, team work, respect, cooperation, warehouse skills and training. i had to work with tools assembling items and packing them up to be shipped. it wasn't and easy job because of the long hours and staying on your feet all day long with only two 15 minute breaks through out the day.the most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know the people and co-workers.

We know several employees here that were bullied and harassed and nothing was done despite whatever policies they may have had thus resulting in hugh turnovers. 

Also, the work environment is poor, they produce cheap products from china, over work their employees and pay you low wages. 

Wouldn't recommend.

A great customer base to interact with. A down-to-earth office with team members who are there to help and teach when needed. Days go by fast as there is always something to do, whether it be answering phone calls and customer inquiries, or entering orders.

 day was filled with special projects, I learned how to do process improvement, management was f=great, workplace culture was French Canadian, hardest part of the job was the distance from Montreal, and the most enjoyable was being given responsibility for majo speacial projects

It could be good with a New Culture revamp. Need to be persistent, not by preaching the right verbs and adverbs. But to get on the floor and encourage and protect potential talent from within and out sources.

High turnover, no benefits, no respect, no trust; full with owner`s puppets and "Yes" people.
The management does not care about your skills. (shady characters)
Unfortunately I would suggest to look away and continue your search.

Upper Management is a joke, they promote employees based on favortism. S.e.x.u.a.l harassment is rampant in this place, especially with the owner of the company. They need to grow up and learn how to respect women in the workplace.
