Starmail is a good company for staring into work experience and physical activity, although because of the payment method being per flyer, the pay is very low for the amount of work put in, earning about $20 for 3 or 4 hours or work. There's no benefits as a carrier but it is still a bit of money and experience for starting off

Over all I enjoyed working there. I believe the amount I was receiving, $48 every two weeks, was worth the amount I was delivering which was around 150. I delivered twice a week with Tuesday having light papers and Thursday having heavier papers.

A typical week would be having the papers delivered at my house.
They would take me about 3 hours to sort them out as needed.
On thursday it would tae me about an hour to an hour and half, depending on the weather, to deliver the mail.

In general I got paid between 9-12 dollars per week, depending on the number of mail  i had to deliver.

Going to work in the morning,get ready in the dressing room with proper safety equipment for work(steel toe shoes).My job is counting proper flyers and packing the flyers in the bags,add proper name tag ,and place bag on the cart.
We take break of 15 min,for snack ,and after the work starts again till end of my shift.

I delivered flyers once a week to select neighbourhoods. 
I learned to organize my time in order to have all flyers ready to deliver on time. 
The hardest part of the job was to deliver in adverse weather conditions. 
The most enjoyable part was the sense of accomplishment for earning my firs paychecks.

The thing I remember most is the people I worked with here. Lots of different characters who were leading very different lives. Students in collage, life time workers, community hour labours. We all got along and had fun I learned team building skills because we were often put into pairs

This job was an easy first job, i happened to stay for 4.5 years and i do not recommend that to anyone. its simple to make the flyers and easy to deliver for the most part when the weather is good, but in the hot summer and freezing winter it was awful.

Overall this job was super repetitive and not worth the pay whatsoever. But I did it for a long time anyways. I did it for a year and a bit. The putting the flyers together was definitely the worst part.

This was a very boring job, working as a newspaper carrier you had to have a lot of patience and time. You get the papers dropped at your house and then put them together and deliver. Made good money for only working twice a week but is not fun.

Provides opprotunity for everyone. But the work is not suitable for everyone. Salary was very low for the time spent and work done. It was a good job but not for those who want to make good money.
