I like that they usually let the experienced drafter alone and wait for them to ask questions.

Funny and uplifting (without work sacrifice) drafting coordinators are placed for the junior to senior drafters to go to for immediate queries.

Except for the men, the women drafters tend to sit with their own kind of people during break times maybe because of language difficulty.

I realize that different cultures can bring uniqueness and fresh insights to the workplace when taken positively.

It is unavoidable to have conflicts sometimes, but when employees focus on work and not on other employees, work can be FUN !

They would not tell me my starting wage. I had to wait to see my first cheque to find out. I took a promotion under the understanding there was a raise however there was no raise and when I asked them to fix the error and pay what was owed I was fired.
If you like to hear everyone you work with complaining about their job and rate of pay this is the job for you.

PM are professional , workflow in the manufacturing to installation

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Drafting manager has favouritism,  too much of politics. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cubicle environment, but management overall are okay.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful in commuting if you live far.

Being an installer, work is heavy, you will have a permanent back pain. Once your supervisor see that you’re good, they’ll just add work load for you. You will work on the edge of buildings carrying 100-150lbs of windows but you will have the same salary with the new inexperienced guys on site that are only throwing garbage, taking out poly wraps from windows. Very rare to receive a raise. Never received a raise in my 2 years of working though my supervisor promised to work on it.

This company is a good starting point providing an average benefits. They pay sick days and stat holidays. They also pay 1,5 overtime if you do more than 80 hours in 2 weeks. Thats for pluses. 
You cannot grow much here no matter how hard you are doing. They hire many people with absolutely no english and no experience with as low wage as a fast food stuff has.
All in all it is a company which you are good to start with and to switch it as soon as you get some experience.

I really enjoyed working here. Great Company, Room for advancement , Fun place to work, Supportive Management. Very busy office but very supportive coworkers.
If you are work hard, are organized and efficient you will do well here. 


Overall it's a Great company. 
People are assigned in the capability they have and most of the time they train us to adapt to all task at the production area.
Supervisor is cool and helps if you will need him to answer questions and teach you how to do things. 
Management is supportive and pay is good.

This is a fun place to work. No bullying, good benifits, and average salary. They have have a prize too when you have seen a lot of damages or scratches from window

The manager was so nice same as most of the workers. Loud noise thru out the building but they let you wear ear plugs and dust mask. Great schedule balance work and life you get OT if you want to...

poor management, low pay, dis-respectful to employees. vert cliquey place to work and the union they have is worthless. The best part of the day was quitting time. I learned not to take the bosses at their word. Way too much B.S.
