The work itself is fairly enjoyable. There are opportunities for learning and gaining new skills which is great, however you are expected to take on tasks and jobs that you do not get paid for. Management piles work on you without first discussing any type of raise or benefit for your added workload. The work environment is cliquey and it seems raises are given based on favouritism and not seniority or actual work performance. They are not transparent during the hiring process and training is non existent. Management will praise who they want and even take ideas without giving credit or acknowledgment where it is due. 

The dev team is great to work with. Team mates are very knowledgeable and supportive.
Very good work life balance. You'll have the opportunity to innovate and contribute with new technologies.

Mananagement can have a lack of direction and sometimes act in very impulsive way. Salary reductions and layoffs due to covid even with revenues being down only a few percent points. This made employees to leave the company.

Amazing company, great management, the best people you can work with, CEO is Superman!

Not having good coffee at the office:D

Been there for a few years. pretty chilled overall but way too political and old fashioned. Executives making promises they cannot deliver (like bonuses) and the company as a whole focuses on revenue and not profit, I never seen anything like that.

Small company barely getting out of their startup phase.
The offices are spartan, but the pay is very good.
There is no workplace culture, people in different departments barely know each other.

Worst job I ever had by far. While working there late orders going out went from 30% to 2% and what we got was a division created to tattle on the production workers for every tiny mistake ever made. They even used a meeting to shame the them despite it's victories.
That is just one story of many. And they are all just as awful.

Started out as a fun workplace, then it showed how political and badly managed the company is. There is no room for advancement unless you know someone and they only hire and recommend their friends no matter if they have the skills or requirements for it.

I currently work here currently at the Vaughan Mills Location and it has brought me so much joy. Everyone is kind, helpful, and caring. Plus I love working at the both wit my homies. Overall, best job so far

Poor and unprofessional management.  They do not listen to their workers or value their opinions.  Culture is sadly lacking.  The company would benefit from listening to their employees, instead they feel undervalued and underutilized causing many to leave the company.

Truly awful. Sexist and homophobic bosses. Underpaid and undertrained. Unsafe and genuinely terrible place to work. Run away. They do not care about employees and turnaround is EMBARRASSING. They do not make a profit and will close soon
