Despite coming on as a slightly newer employee, it didnt take long to see how things are being done at this facility and who is really running the show. Using intimidation and belittling tactics as an approach, management and the favored employees seem to team up on anyone outside of that group. A lot of fake personalities, the obvious people walking around like their s*** dont stink and a lot of unnecessary drama and put downs within the workspace that comes with them. There seems to be a collect group good at pushing people away and every day Im there, leaving is beginning to seem like the better option.  Management overworks employees with false promises then thanks them with a lay off after they have worked the entire company out of work. Management prohibits employees to hire friends and family yet everyone in managment is all  friends and family then rather than giving the promotions to the people with the qualifications and those who worked their butts off, promotions are being given to their friends__and family.. with absolutely no previous experience. Also any time an error is made it will be You the Employees fault even if management said it and did it because management does no wrong and must be too good to make any kind of mistakes ever. 😂 Dont waste your time and energy on the place.

One of the worst places to work. Management buries issues and hides their heads in the sand so they don't have to deal with it. Issues are never brought up to higher managment because they are too scared to do so. The ones higher up than them don't want to hear about issues either.

Issues that are brought forth that are not buried you will be made to feel like it is not a big issue. It is. This is them manipulating you and they are good at it they will make you feel small and worthless and then tell you how great you are and that things will be dealt with. They will not be dealt with. They do not care about workers with great work ethics they would rather you do the absolute bare minimum and keep your mouth shut. There are no sick days, no vacation days, you will be written up for being sick even with doctors notes you will not be appreciated trusted or feel like youre wanted there. Stay away go work at any other cannabis production facility they not only make better product they'll treat you better too.


As a current worker here it is hard reading some of these reviews. I find this company to be a wonderful place to work even though it is very new. Owners and management are all super friendly and actually seem to really appreciate their employees. They seem to be growing quickly and maybe had the wrong people early on but it is pretty decent and the pay is higher than most other jobs ($18 starting wage). This year we have had many company get togethers (another tomorrow), stat days off and compared to any other place I have worked they seem to be moving in the right direction. Honestly i have never loved a job like this. It has been a year and a half now and I will keep telling my friends to apply. Love this place!

Working for the owners will have you questioning your sanity . They are too involved with everything . They will have you lie and cheat to get what they want . And if you don’t do it the way they want they will just fire you . They are childish , controlling and just mean. Everyone dreads when they come in to the facility because all you hear is how bad of a job you are doing and how they could do it better alone . Don’t work here unless you don’t care about they way you are treated or about your mental health. They will beat you down mentally until you are moldable to what they desire.  Everyone gossips and has an opinion on how to do others jobs without even doing their own . Some employees are ok to work with but most are children and in constant drama.  Look up definition of narcissistic and you know what to expect. 

If you want to get the false hope that your job is secure, and watch  people who do absolutely nothing get praise for it, then this is the place for you! The management is all family and they're all sneaky, they won't hesitate to stab you in the back in a second, honestly they'll probably just do it in front of your face instead. HR does absolutely nothing for the employees, she's only there to gab like its the high-school days. Awful work environment. Don't even bother giving ideas, they will talk down on them, change a few words, and then suddenly its their own brilliant idea. Got a whooping .10 cent raise and got let go for "company restructuring" not even a week later! They don't care about their employees. 

After working here for a year and eight months I’ve seen this place go from a happy enjoyable place when the management i started with was around there was personality to the workspace and it felt rewarding to come in and work for stigma, but it changed to an anxious environment with lack of communication leaving you left in the dark questioning if your valued. 
With even having a employee strike during Christmas of 2022 because of employees being lied to about a paid holiday.

I really love the culture at Stigma! Sure there are ups and downs (but you will find this at any job). The best part about the company is that they are consistently growing and willing to work on the feedback given by employees so long as it makes sense. The work life balance is a great change too. There are definitely expectations but they aren’t impossible to meet or exceed whatsoever. If your looking to grow, take pride in your work, are able to adapt in a fast paced environment, and have a positive mindset you will love it.

A work environment run by children who gossip and spread rumors without any consequences as the company looks the other way; we don't want to upset the generations feelings while they slack off and talk most of their shift.  Poblems are pointed out with no interest to finding a solution.  But will criticize quickly those mistakes made.  Manipulation tactics by most midlevel employees.  This place is full of Machiavellianism.  If you value your mental health; you can find a better environment than this one.

A typical day starts with a ton of high school drama. If you don’t fit in then upper management and HR will make your life a living he!!. No advancement unless you go by there horrible guidelines. You’ll never want to indulge in any of the product after seeing how it is made. They keep problematic staff and have no issues watching good staff walk out. God forbid you try to claim your EI as they will make it near impossible to do so 

There have been some big changes over the past few months that have made working here so much better. Stigma is a really fun place to work and the starting wage is $18.00 per hour which is better than most jobs around the city.  You get to listen to music all day (and not just the radio) which may seem small but is such a great perk.  It's nice to work Monday to Friday with no weekends or evenings! Makes for great work life balance.
