I have never seen a company in such disarray. I did my absolute best and was still fired just after my first month. This is what management does to avoid paying a severance, it is well known and even I was warned of this.  I feel so horrible for everyone having to work there just for a paycheck. They do not deserve the talent working for them.

Heres the problem. Management is a cheap joke. Nothing is spent on the computer and the boss lines his pockets with as much money as he can. Computers are all refurbished and already need replacing. There are no proper first aid attendants or first aid kits available. Management doesn't pay 1.5x overtime as legally bounded, even though he has workers literally doing 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is a literal sweatshop with no insensitive.

There are no raises. Some haven't got a raise in 5 years, not even cost of living. There are no benefits until month 6 but you'll be gone before month 3 anyways. He doesn't believe in upgrading any of the building so be ready for no ac in summer and no heat in winter. Oh,  and the bathrooms are disgusting. None of the fans work and he refuses to spend money on it.

This Christmas the company normally has a break from Dec 24 to Jan 1. Not this year. Everyone is required to come to work as normal. Oh and the Xmas party? Sure he has a buffet, but he's only paying for employee tickets. Want to bring a spouce? $40. The real joke is it probably costs $30 and he'll pocket the $10. That's the kind of guy he is. I heard he does this with commissions as well.

Don't even get me started on all the illegal and unsafe things I've witnessed. Nobody wears steal toed shoes, no hearing or eye protection, no safety vests, they don't even do fire drills because it would cost money.  They steal pirated versions of Adobe applications for all the refurbished computers. Plus I heard company payroll is partially paid by some type of scam they are running.

So no. Don't work here. The place will most likely be shut down soon anyways.

This place is a complete mess. You'll be misled from the start about what you're applying to do and have zero job security or opportunity for advancement. I was told that the owners will fire every new employee within a month for no reason. The staff are nice people but they are all unhappy because of the complete lack of support from the owners. Almost every person I dealt with in my time there told me it's a really bad company to work for and that I should find something else. They also seemed to be under some kind of investigation by inspectors that they were lying to and hiding chemicals from. Not a good look at all. In summary, this place is horribly mismanaged and super unprofessional. Don't waste your time, just find something better.

This company provides professional apparel decoration services. So you better have some sort of knowledge related to the field. If not, prepare to learn new things from the beginning of your job here. You will first need to be familiar with the production process. Luckily, your co-workers are all willing to help you if you desire to learn.

The company is an expert in apparel decoration industry. I am one of these machine operators with over 20 years experience. My co-workers are fairly easy to get along with.

The work environment here is not pleasant. Because the orders are usually based on thousands of pieces, they often pack up the whole warehouse. Workers are easily to get tripped sometimes.

This company is well know for being a joke in the industry.  The employee turnover is ridiculously high.  The owner will lie about what you will be paid.  Management is sneaky, manipulative and back stabbing.   

Carefully review any paperwork you sign when you start.  If you do chose to waste your time there that is....

A terrible place to work. They did not allow me to show what I'm capable of nor train me for any position. The moment they saw you had no potential, they would keep transferring you to various positions, eventually cutting you loose. 

Co-workers are always ready to help. You can connect with a lot of polite customers. The manager cares about your thoughts; concerns are always welcome. There is a moderate level of stress when working here.

Employee appreciation needs to be improved.

The hiring position is Merchandiser but actually it is worker. They posted many times to get many interviewers and asked for working around 2 hrs immediately for their peak season workload. The working hours are crazy if in the peak season.
