I worked at Stoney Trail Mazda for 4 years as a delivery coordinator. From going from the hospitality industry to the car industry was a big jump but the staff at Stoney were AMAZING! I was so excited to go in every day and do the job. My day would start off with getting new or used cars  ready for the week for, tidying up the coffee and being a major point of guest and worker relations. Always had a saying you need anything come to me! Everyone is always so friendly and a joy to work with! I love the place and people so much I stayed within the company and move up to a different position. If you’re looking for an AMAZING place to work! It’s Stoney Trail Mazda!!! 

Stoney Trail Mazda is looking for Accounting clerk for last one and half year. It’s my bad that I got trapped by the controller. I am working in this field for last 4 years, but I had never seen any stupid controller like her. She should know manners first. She never train employees and the stress she gives is unexplainable. Till now how many employees she fired she knows. No one can stick there longer than 3 months that’s why their addvertise is always up in indeed. She hire for full time but pressure to work at least one hour extra every day and in this point her trick is hiring a salary based employee. I am thankful to God that I just get rid off her.

I've been working with Stoney Trail Mazda since 2024, and I genuinely feel lucky to have had the opportunity to become part of this company. I've appreciated everything that learned here and how it's helped me grow and improve in my role. For me, this isn't just a job — it's an ongoing chance to keep learning new things.
Honestly, there are days I'd rather be at work than at home, because there's always something new to pick up. My coworkers and managers are friendly and supportive, always ready to help when needed. At the end of the day, I think it comes down to how you approach things, your mindset, the methods you apply to your work, and a very important thing is the positive energy you bring with you every day.

Easy to work with your co workers depending on department. Just work and go home. Only 10 days vacation no sick leave and few stat holidays fall on weekends you don’t get any in lieu. No raise no overtime paid no training or tools provided. Over all very bad you can’t even speak to HR for any issue. Over all just minimum pay job not to look for any perks.

Dont let the big dealership fool you because it's not like one. The team feels more like a small, tight-knit community that works together to make the day go smoothly as possible for everyone. 

A lot was expected of us as a small team and we did work hard but management always made us feel appreciated for our efforts.

I worked at Stoney Trail Mazda for 5 years and it still remains one of the best places I've worked.

Accounting controller is selfish and only cares about herself. Makes it miserable for newcomers. No support or traning for the staff yelling and bullying. Long hours little pay and no respect. Do not work in the Accounting Depterment, Accounting controller will screw you over!

This is the worst car dealership that I have ever worked at.  The management and ownership engage in very dishonest business practices that result in ripping off the employees and customers.

No loyalty from any manager or owner,  especially the big round guy, raises never happen, if you stand up for yourself you're out the door, simple!  they only want puppets for the cheapest pay. Don't waste your time, look elsewhere.
