Stressssssful stressful workload. It was extremely challenging workload and has less to none training provided by upper management. Co worker barely helped you. No proper training, and no structure therefore strong judgement is necessesary but thats only when you picked up the sense of your work. Will always held you accountable given there was no proper training provided. Toxic. 

Zero benefits. No sick days. Underpaid.

Very good in educating new employees and training.I learn a lot of new machines.Management could have done better by interacting more with employee's,i saw a lot of potential but was never given the chance.Was easy for me because I'm very outspoken and very social made my skills and talents known and enjoyed the diverse cultures of different nationalities who worked with me

I enjoyed the productive nature of workers and the managers who are always ready to listen. My co-workers where very friendly, hard working and cooperative.

 However, it was too hot in Summer because of high temperatures  and heat from the machines. Fans are always there to reduce the heat but not enough sometimes.

Hardworking, good, kind people trying to earn a living every day.  Upper management not working with those people to integrate them...just words not actual actions keeping the lower levels included in getting a piece of the pie.

Rushing around, management enjoyed yelling, no help from upper management, every "man" for himself. Not worth the time. Demanding, no room for error, little training. Just not a fun place to be. Never minded working hard, but didn't exactly see room to grow.

the rest of the staff are helpful and friendly but no sense of community, most of the day is spent doing individual work

The place was was so disorganized when I got there.  I had to beg for raises every year even though I made improvements every year and was doing other people's jobs on top of my own as well.

There"s not much to say about this industrie because its the same as all the other ones around the world. A fast work place with not good security and bascially more based on productive items than the workers.

good work environment and easy to work and in there people are very calm and help you a lot and moreover you always got your pay on time and supervisor is very nice.

I enjoyed working here for three weeks. I felt like I fit in with the other employees. they are very friendly.
