I joined this company in May as their current Controller and have been working with other department managers/team leads and direct employees as well as the family.  What I truly appreciate, is that they are looking for problems to be solved, not swept under the rug as well as new and innovative ways to improve the company.  In order for businesses to stay afloat and successful, they have to be constantly innovative and forever changing and this is a dynamic company that does just that!

The employees I have met and who truly have success are upbeat, positive, long term and genuinely care about what they are doing.  They are excited to learn new technology, software and embrace best practice approaches.  Owner's are willing to listen and work through any problems or necessary improvements that need to be made in order to ensure everyone's success.

I worked with Storwell Self Storage in an IT support role. When I came to Canada, the Job market was quite saturated. I applied for this position and despite cancelling my interview due to my personal family reason, they reschedule the interview. I got the job after the two interviews. They treat you like a family and take of you. As far as the work schedules are concerned, they are quite flexible and accomodate you according to your needs if possible. They own multiple businesses that gave me an exposure of diverse IT platforms. The management encourages you to think out of the box and come up with your own solution considering all the requirements. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and still in touch with them as I as said they treat you like a family

Very low pay! don't trust how much they say on the job posting, they will give you as low as they can! 

No management and no feedbacks, you can only see your manager once a few weeks or never. Highly don't recommend!

Office politics are everywhere, very toxic working culture!

I was pleasantly surprised with the responsibility that I was given by management early in my career. They fostered my growth and gave me the tools that I needed to succeed. 

1. Very low pay.
2. Family-owned company with no management, and it seems that the owner knows nothing about what you did and you will never have a one-on-one meeting with your manager.
3. Politics everywhere.
4. Can't learn anything but waste your time.
5. No growth at this company.

Initially in your interview they try to sell you this inclusive work environment dream as they are a family owned business but upon hire all of that goes out the window. The management team is very dishonest and unhelpful. Training is very basic. 

You do not officially get a break. You eat in between customers. It can take you a few hours to finish your lunch depending on how busy it is.

great staff and freedom of time, good pay and product lines to promote, nice lunch and golf games to play while working. great company attitutude and good commission rates . this is to much information to key board

free to do work, but some time they ask to do which is not related to your work, good to learn lot of things, pay is OK, no medical benefit,  and every thing is good at all
