This company exploits recent graduates and young professionals, who have little experience, but much potential. The salaries are well below the industry-norm, and benefits are poor. It depends on your department, but the management is typically inadequate, and the CEO is arrogant and sly. 

Because many of the employees are young, the workplace culture is more relaxed and laid-back. Do not be fooled though, it's a place where you'll constantly be putting out fires. 

In general, the employees at this company are great people, who are just trying to get by on meager salaries. Most are there for experience, and generally leave within a year, to someplace that will appreciate their talent and pay them well for it.

This is a company that has no brand recognition and all they do is try to get new business because few people return to their seminars year after year. As a result of this strategy, their sales practices are questionable i.e. they aim to create high pressure situations and get people to buy things they don't need. 

They also do things like make new reps call out on dead campaigns that have already been called through. Genuinely advanced sales opportunities were claimed by other sales representatives and management would not do anything about it.

This is an old company with old technologies. This company believes saving makes people rich instead of investing, so you will use medieval technology and desktops because this saves money. In this place, efficiency is never important but accuracy does. Most of the time you spent here is about how to stay away from troubles kicked from others.  If you are looking for some company to grow together and have passion in professional skills, then this is not a place for you. Totally waste of the time.

Good work good pay and good environment and best work culture in my point of view everyone is helpful and are down to earth so great culture plus pay is good and work is not very much it basically requires good communication skills and presentation should be good

The co-workers were great but for the amount of work effort in a marketing role, little appreciation for going above and beyond. Paid peanuts. CEO was a poor people person and manager. Feeling of condescension towards women.

There is no job security, the company is doing major restructuring and most of the positions have been moved to the states. The lack of transparency is appalling.

Excellent company if youi have what it takes to be a top performing sales professional. Hard work plus focus will make you money and constantly teach you new things.

Management is immature. They pick and choose favourites for the better conferences and never based it off of skill. Other than that, if you wanted to make money - you'd be fine, but there's better options other there.
