you are just one of the labour

Get to work have toolbox, FLHA, and head to work. Best time was working with other people. Higher position people were a bit old school minded. Favouritism in the company was bad. 

Great new company with a bunch of solid guys to work with. While i was there we had a LOT of work available at K+S Legacy Project and learned a lot  .

 First learned more about the day task we can doing in the job most of the we are working pv like wire fixed the wires  the pv with and some times we are working AWM 
My supervisor is the bast one how works for everyone 

Stratus is hands down the best company I have ever worked for, It's more like a large family working together to achieve the goal, rather than the typical fend for your self and trample everyone else around you attitude other companies have.

Worked on and off, rarely had steady work and if so it was out of town labour work. Not doing the jobs you were originally told and hired to do. And also not paid what you were told you’d be paid.  

A tope notch management who are dedicated to meet every employee needs , the go to company for any who aims to get hands on experience on the electrical industry 

stratus has given me all the knowledge i would need to exell in my trade they where always hard working and showed me a level of workmanship that i will take with me into my second year

Bad communication ex find out a new job site last minute on the way to work that starts an hour later than usual start day during slower work they just send guys home even if they could work

it is a good company to work for. it has a very good workplace culture where they strive to put the us in stratus. always focused on quality of work. best part of the job is the crews
