Very Disorganized In addition to extremely poor communication and then singled out and bullied because you don’t understand something that was not just communicated poorly, but wasn’t communicated at all. Tasks and titles aren’t clearly laid out so if your a motivated worker you will have to pick up everyone’s slack and don’t bother asking for a raise because no one bothers to supervise properly and your triple time work ethics will go completely unnoticed while the 90% of employees sit back and watch you struggle happily sipping their coffee.

In my experience, the culture at this company is great, co-workers are friendly and supportive.  The company provides perks such as bringing in pastries for employees on a bi-weeekly basis, free tasty coffee, summer BBQ’s, and a nice Christmas party.  The management team is competent and care about their employees. Overall I would recommend StructureCraft as a great place to work. 

I loved the work but the management was pathetic, always trying to cheap out. Ever since they moved they grew too fast and not in a controlled manner. The poor management made for a toxic work environment. Cheaping out on tools meant fighting for them and tools overheating making it worse. There's more that i don't even remember because it's been 4 years since i left.

Workplace culture during pandemic was sometimes toxic.

Was able to do challenging work at times but daily tasks were dry 
Most enjoyable part of the job were the free lunches in the summer but due to pandemic these were limited.

Learn how to read blue prints on a daily basis. Co-workers keeps everybody together and happy at the same time. We work very well as a team. People help each other when there's difficulty. Safety is a HUGE thing for them. They really protect their employees and keep them safe.

Had a lot of fun at work. If I had not all the time fight bad decisions of the management. 
All over a good place to work.
Do your job and stay away from the management. 


Working for a small specialty contractor such as StructureCraft Builders has allowed me be involved in aspects of daily operations which one would not normally see if working for a larger company.

I appreciate their vision to get production accomplished. They liked my work and I had goid feedback.  I knew where I stood .
I very nice place to work.

If you are looking for a place to work that is advanced in the industry this is surely the place you should consider.

If you want to bust your A$$$ for a company, for them to not appreciate a single thing you do; this is the place for you. 

Benefits suck. Management is terrible. 
Coworkers might be the best case scenario and even then they’ll backstab you.
