This place has terrible management that fosters an unhealthy, cutthroat environment where employees are constantly pitted against each other. They lie about their policies—claiming to offer commissions, but then setting unrealistic sales goal for the manager that nobody can achieve their own goals, leaving you unable to make any money. The company is awful during the holiday season, and they treat employees like disposable tools. They only care about their own profit and have no interest in helping you meet your goals. You’re just a cog in their machine, and they exploit employees without offering any real support or guidance. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your time and well-being.





A typical day at work could be really great (busy with alot of customers) or extremely boring (with no customers). It tends to be hit or miss which is a totally shame. I really did not learn anything at Stuart Weitzman, it's a basic Point of Sale system and nothing out of the ordinary. The Management is beyond inconsistent, the assistant manager was great but the manager was a write off.  It is a great place to work part-time because of the benefits and the shoe allowance but nothing more.  There is little to no room for growth and the money is just average to say the least.

Stuart Weitzman service standards. Provide product information and sales assistance to company inventory, creating special orders when necessary. Maintain and continually develop personal clientele phone calls, emails/eNotes and thank you cards. Achieve and exceed personal sales

Communicates in an open and candid manner and can be counted upon to fulfill any commitments made to others on the team. This is distinctly different from those who withhold ideas and opinions, offer ideas or opinions that rarely add value to team discussions.

- I would open the store and clean the store

- I learned how to build a clientele list

- I learned different parts of luxury retail

- I loved making women feel great i a new pair of shoes and I also loved that they would thank me with a big smile

I like the merchandise sold at SW, so sales came easy. I was invested in what was best for the customer, and I feel that made customer service a breeze. Amazing enviroment and culture
You can be yourself and be a professional at the same time.

The location that i work at- None training provided at all. I had none products knowledge at all and I was put on the floor alone for my first couple shifts. Had to handle too many returns even though nobody had taught me how to do it properly. 

Great commission and fun environment with good company perks as well! SW is for anyone passionate about shoes and quality craftsmanship. It can be a bit challenging to learn everything at first but eventually you become a shoe expert!

Great and productive work environment . Loved working there, the staff is very helpful and its easy to set realistic goals that could potentially see you moving up in the company. Management is not very fair to employees

Working at Stuart Weitzman was slow but I gained a lot of knowledge in the customer service sector. I learned more about there product and got to network with my clients.
