When I had interviewed for my job, I immediately had the sense that this was a place that I would be happy at. It felt infinitely better than the job I had been at at the time of the interview. The company was welcoming, fun, great coworkers, great team management, very relaxed in the sense that I don’t feel stressed about my job after I’ve finished working, nor do I feel stressed to get tasks done while working. My job is fairly routine and straightforward, which is something I truly enjoy and feel as though I need. The salary is fair, do I wish I was being paid a bit more? Yes. But the salary I’m at is just enough to be comfortable and I have no complaints about it honestly. There’s also great benefits, employee incentives, and more. 

I highly enjoyed the company and support of my colleagues over there, but the company will ask for inhuman KPIs to make sure they have solid grounds to fire you before you're out of probation, saving them a lot of money (the pay being sub-par). Employees just came and went constantly, leaving barely enough people with experience to lead. 

-you have to work at least 25% of your hours in the evening
-you clock in, do calls one after the other (same speech every call) then you go on break and so on till the end of your shift 
-you make your own schedule which is nice

I learned alot about car and dealerships.
