I’ve enjoyed working for Summit safety, I have advanced in training. I have met and worked with a lot of good people and made some great friends. I appreciate the opportunity and am thankful for the experience I received working here. 

Summit Safety makes you feel like family, theyre a wonderful company to work for. The hardest part of the job is long hours, sometimes its hard to get a day off. However sometimes work can be slow, as is the industry. The management is wonderful, they are very understanding, and put effort in to ensure that their workers are well taken care of.

Management was amazing! I was sad to leave, it was a very mentally straining job, but was fun and enjoyable almost every shift. Even in the peak of Covid 

A great company to work for. Family operated for the most part with decent managers. Sometimes allow cross training over their multiple departments to increase usability and availability.

Summit is a caring place to work as well as challenging as far as work goes.  The pay was great and all the hours a person could ask for! As long as a person shows interest in the work, they will accommodate with advanced certifications.

Its a family run business, if your not family you don't matter. Management gets away with never having to show up for work or the safety meetings that they threaten you to show up to once a month. Nice enough people but wouldn't recommend.

Would not work there . Dual standards , corruption , if your not family your not treated equally , all other companies pay better . They pressure casual employees into to not working for anyone else , but don’t give them any full time employee rights .

Worked with Summit as a medic and safety manager great company to work for. Management was amazing. Always lots of work if you want it. 
The owner Lorna is a top notch person, really cares about her employees and customers. 

Summit has been an amazing company to work for! Management is the greatest. They always value your time outside of work and ensure that you are able to maintain a good work life balance.

It was a fantastic company to work for, until they sold out to the current owner.  Destroyed a great work environment in a couple of weeks.  Wish the old owner all the best.
