They try too hard to make themselves look good. Once you start working here, they expect you to do everything for them in such little time with training being very laid back, unsupportive, and too complicated. 

Most of the employees are fake and have special favorites they treat differently compared to the ones they see below them because of their race/ethnicity, skin color, or personal reasons.

Company also has little to no growth as their are no benefits and Union. Alternative manufacturers do a much better job for their employees, and have superior quality in their products. 

They're equipment is still outdated with little to no incentive to improve, as they expect their employees to do the dirty work for them
since they're still stuck in the past.

I worked at Sun Glow intermittently as a summer intern throughout my undergrad. I kept going back because I found the work meaningful and  atmosphere to be very welcoming to people of all backgrounds. There is certainly a family atmosphere in the company, many staff members have been there for over a decade. During my time at Sun Glow I was given many opportunities for growth by taking new and more significant roles in the company. I found management to be very helpful and flexible with scheduling. I am surprised others have had less fruitful experiences. I think this was a great play to start my career.

Most of the employees seem to collaborate well and there are people in different departments who are eager and willing to answer questions and help expand your product knowledge.

Management seems to like you if you are working on a project they care a lot about, but sometimes they nitpick over small details and can be indecisive. 

If management decides they don't want to give you a raise (even if you deserve one), they avoid having a performance review with you.

Agree with the other bad reviews, everything they said is true, this people don't care about anyone, they make you work hard but they don't recognize the effort.

When they are selling a lot they force you to work overtime even on weekends but when the sells are not good they send you home a few days with no pay.

Sun Glow is selling more than a hundred expensive blinds everyday but pays minimum wage and cero benefits.

One of the key strengths of Sun Glow lies in its friendly and approachable workforce. Colleagues were generally warm and willing to help, making the workplace a pleasant and supportive environment. Interacting with such amiable individuals undoubtedly made my time at Sun Glow enjoyable.

Additionally, Sun Glow's openness to new ideas was encouraging. While some companies may shy away from change, Sun Glow was willing to listen to suggestions from team members at all levels.

A company that doesn't advance forward and blames employees for the management's shortfalls. Managers were insulting and discouraging, minimizing your successes and emphasizing your shortfalls. Underpaid for the work you put in even when you go above and beyond. Very high turnover, for a reason. A few good employees make the experience tolerable, but they too are frustrated. The culture was toxic and dehumanizing. No room to grow as they are a small business.

Good team work environments, good management and good quality product delivering.

Needs to be done the day target and multi function rolls and responses

I recently joined Sun Glow in the past year and found it to be a welcomed change from my previous employment. 
The teams have been very welcoming and helpful. You can feel the sense of pride and satisfaction of a job well done and willingness to move the company forward in a positive direction.
I have met a number of extremely talented folks and am proud to be a part of this organization.

Enjoyable work area, helpful people and not difficult to learn. 
It is a busy and growing company and a lot of room to make extra money with overtime pay if you want to work longer hours. 
The team listens to ideas and answers questions very quickly. 
It is a place where I can make a good impact and I am working on becoming a supervisor.

I have so far learned a great deal from the talented folks in the company and continue to learn from them daily.

I find management to be accommodating to their team and give a great deal of latitude for people to excel in their respective roles.
