Superminds Autism Therapy

Expectations of each day are clear, but still offers creativity to clinicians working with their kiddos. As an independent contractor, you are scheduled during the hours that your kiddo is in the clinic, and normally work one-on-one to support your kiddo. Management was organized, easy to contact, and very respectful and reasonable. The workplace culture is relaxed but also hard-working, as each clinician pushes each other to do their best work through creative  and helpful suggestions and working together to provide the best care for their kiddos. The hardest part of the job was probably learning how to operate the system used to track the kiddos' progress. Once you get the hang of things and how things work, the work comes very easily. The most enjoyable part of the job was watching the connection each kiddo had with their clinician and watching their progress. It was a shared enjoyment from the clinicians seeing these results. From this position and the amazing clinicians I worked with, I learned so many new techniques that I will continue to use throughout my career.

Superminds is an excellent place to work! The clinical director and senior staff are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and happy to support staff in improving their clinical skills. If you are looking to move forward with your career (from an instructor therapist to a senior therapist / clinical supervisor) I'd highly recommend working here. You will learn and grow so much as a clinician both personally and professionally. Overall the company highly values and utilizes neurodiversity affirming practices - acknowledging the child's development, and focusing on their strengths and interests when teaching. I loved to see how this natural and play-based approach to therapy helped my learners improve and develop so many skills!

I have been working in the ABA field for over 6 years now and Superminds is the best place I have ever worked. This organization not only strives to provide the best in-home service for Autistic kiddos, but also to educate and advocate for them in the larger community. Every person I have come into contact with at this organization has been nothing but supportive and kind. Superminds is a very well-organized, supportive company that I would highly recommend to anyone working in this field. I also want to recognize and appreciate the advocacy work the company is doing for autistic people. Pay is competitive and supervisors are always available to support therapists and clients. Like most home-based therapy jobs, there is a lot of commuting. However, staff is happy to help if your schedule is not working for you. I would work here again!

This is one of the best companies I’ve worked with so far in my ABA career. The owner wants you to succeed and will give you opportunities to grow within the company (RBT, etc.). I feel that I have the resources needed and often feel supported through the collaborative nature of the company and its’ employees. I would recommend Superminds to anyone wishing to work in a fun environment with staff that appreciates your hard work and efforts. 

Superminds Therapy is a great place to work at. I have always felt appreciated for my hard work and motivated to achieve my goals. Compensation is fair and based on the years of experience that you have. There are opportunities to grow in the company which is provided through direct training and supervision. The clinical director and senior therapists create a positive work environment that is inspiring and collaborative.
