Being able to work from home at S2G has been nothing but beneficial. My first time call center experience I was pretty nervous at first not knowing what to expect, but being in the comfort of my own home made it that much better and less stressful! I also can’t stress enough how amazing my team is and how helpful they are, being home and not able to be face to face with my supervisors I thought was going to be awful but they are there in a split second when I need to reach out. My day is very easy going working from home and I love getting on the phones to connect with my customers to give them the best shopping experience. I would definitely recommend working for S2G if your looking for a good pay, flexible hours and a great team all around!! 

After speaking to several management members the answers are always different. There are too many inconsistencies in this company. Canadian and American employees are treated differently with different salaries and benefits. Bonuses are very low and not an incentive to make oneself  strive for better performances or meet goals. There is no help for new educational materials to be learned. Agents are left alone with not enough support or guidance.  Just not a good place to work. Last of all I was promised 40 hour work weeks n only got 20 n some days there were mandatory down staffing. 

Overall great place to work.  Management is very supportive and understanding.  You actually feel like part of a team and not just a number.  Great opportunity to earn bonuses based on attendance and schedule adherence.  Working from home is great, I was worried about the level of support I would have working from home but it has never been an issue.  The company is a strong believer in promoting from within as well so there is always opportunity for advancement if you are interested in moving up.

The most stressful part is the fact that the contracts don't last long so you really have no idea how long you are working there.

The work environment is stressful but the company has somewhat of compassion.

Pulling the hair out is a great descpition of the typical day

I love my Team Lead she is great and very easy to talk to. The only issue i have is there is no over-time hours and sometimes the systems don't work well. Overall though i love this company, i do wish the pay was better, but i do enjoy my job.

Management were great, helpful and understanding.

Switching contracts when the contract pulled.

Diverse however I worked from home.

Since I worked from home, it would be start computer up, set up all systems for the day and log in.

Extensive training and supportive management and co-workers

The two week period schedule was a challenge for me. I struggled to change my schedule in cases of emergencies

From beginning to end I have been beyond grateful to have this position with Support Services Group
This is an amazing organization to work for and with. Persons that work here are incredible on the persons we work for or even better. I am very pleased to be a part of the organization of support services Group and I highly recommend this company to work for everybody is phenomenal.

The company puts a lot of emphasis on the client, which is great but sometimes as an employee you feel like your needs are not met. Not great communication with management and some enabling of clients over teaching life skills.

Remote and great place to work they also give out prizes for the black Friday weekend for most sales or you get a name in the draw if you don't miss anytime or if you take extra hrs. I won one of their Christmas trees because I was on the balsamhill account and had the most sales.
