Was promised hybrid work & later told that I can't work hybrid.

Was promised to do all different tasks in A/R only to get told after a month in the job that I will only handle one task. Very disappointing.

Health benefits is a job. No eye exam is covered. Psychologist only covers $30 which isn't even 50% coverage. Dental coverage was ok.

There was no support from management to share innovative ideas or to grow within the company.

All in all a huge disappointment.
Don't bother working here, it's discouraging.

Very busy days, dealing with other employees was time consuming and sometimes petty. I learned extensively about the industry and it is a boom or bust market. Management is okay, although very limited on scope beyond themselves, in the beginning it was different, because it was treated more like a family. But then it was turned into an income trust and everything changed. What was hardest was trying to keep everyone busy and that was challenging to say the least. I did enjoy the getting to know the industry and what fuelled it.

The manager was awsome 
But he really had no say about anything

They cut my pay and changed my job from accounts to csr when they bought  from premier

No one was happy it was
Everyone was promised nothing would change
First thing they did was cut wages

The company has "I don't care" kind of culture. Majority are undisciplined and very disorganized from top to bottom. Company policies are good but are just on paper. High turnover of employees bec of low pay. They freeze pay increases for 10 years.Not recommended to work in this company especially Mississauga location. Poor management.

The company is great to work for, the pay is decent. Very friendly and open environment, everyone is like family. 
The only negative or the thing that can improve is the management style, the management can be more organized and clear in communication. The lack of communication leads to confusion for the employees with higher management expectations.
Over all good company to work for.

Interview about one job and upon arrival the job is a whole new ballgame.  The cubicles are filthy and old with a huge lack of windows .  The manager is only interested in the bottom line but not about how they get there.

Supremex is a good company. The leaders are very kind. everyone respects each other, and we work really well together. We are very productive too. The workplace is very clean, organized, and orderly. No cell phones are allowed and you must wear safety shoes and goggles. We need to communicate well with each other and so on....

Learning all printing steps from client interaction, concept to final packaging design to on-press experience. The experience also taught me to be precise in my management of time. Working for a printer specializing in packaging gave me access to film processing to dieline creations.

Durabox is a small office team of great people that are all working toward a common goal.  They have loyal customers. They are owned by the parent company SupremeX but run like an independent team that can make quick decisions when need be.  I would recommend it!

The work responsibilities are quite interesting and one can learn many things in the field. I also have learned the ways to get the work done quickly and in a safe manner. Everyone here is very cooperative and helpful.
