They talked a big game when they first purchased Advantage but have since done nothing but fall flat. Keep bringing in managers with little to no experience and then more managers to manage extra management groups.  Terrible or no communication.  Had profit sharing at Christmas time the first year and told this was their yearly way of providing a bonus, then the following year it didn't happen and no reason was given as to why.  Some of the worst hires we've had to date were picked by their HR team and though they continue to screw up and cost us down time they're still there. Nothing ever gets fixed or broken equipment replaced.  Forced to do everything with less and then get questioned why things aren't happening on time or working.  Worst company I've ever worked for in 20 + years.  The only improvement they brought in was free coffee but I'd rather buy my own and have a proper functioning company that looks to have a future, constantly not paying our suppliers is only going to damage their reputation further and who is going to want to do business with us in the future.....

Our shop was one of the best to work at in Windsor, ON. After SyBridge took over everything went downhill. We lost most of our work volume, so OT is gone. Christmas bonuses...gone as well. They would rather outsource everything to China to save a few dollars than to support their employees and their families. 
SyBridge doesn't pay their vendors reliably or on-time, so nobody wants to do work for us or support us any longer. Companies that we've had a relationship with for 20 years no longer want anything to do with us.
Most of the businesses that SyBridge purchased aren't profitable, so the solution they've come up with is to suffocate the few that are to help cover costs.
Payroll can't seem to figure out how to pay us our proper wages or pay us on time. They continually make errors for vacation pay amounts and taxes. Several people have been double-taxed when receiving vacation pay.
The results of their horrible management strategies are poor morale and the loss of several really good & long-term employees. Of course, great machinists & mold makers are a dime a dozen...so I'm sure they will be easily replaced.

I decided to leave my position at sybridge after 4 months. In that time I experienced a greater lack of direction, communication, and overall management than anywhere I have worked. Floor workers are brutally underpaid & there are no true set wage offerings as they will always try to pay you as little as possible. After promptly meeting my expectations set out within the interview process there was no intention to reflect my wage accordingly as originally discussed which I find very manipulative. The overall attitude throughout the shop is beyond negative & the disconnect from ownership to management to floor staff is staggering. I was warned upon entering the building by the existing staff that I should not be wasting my time like they had. In addition it is one of the unsafest workest environments ive ever been a apart of as I beared witness to things no skilled machinist should ever be doing all in regards to  saving a bit of time. 

I felt the need to leave after 6 months , I worked as a designer, lack of direction, confusing work environment .  As a new hire I found there was very little set up to help out in fitting with build methods materials used and components purchased, making for a very frustrating experience, add to that an extremely negative work space where “everything is stupid” ,moral is low and management is overloaded .

I had to really fight for work life balance in that I felt a lot of pressure from co workers and middle management after being hired with clear expectations of my hours, 

Sybridge is a big company that has a lot to oversee , with that a lot is overlooked 

Lots of turn over in management and upper management and I really didn’t have a secure feeling about my position or the company.

HR makes an effort , and the pay was decent not top of the field but decent, 

Sybridge has a lot of organizational work to do and I was just not willing to endure there growing pains, 

My job and my team were fantastic. In fact, most of the people I worked with were great.
I know it is cliché to blame management, but the lack of foundational decision making this leadership team had was appalling. 
Wrong ideas every step of the way. 
The company was drowning, trying to turn profit, and the logic is to hire $200k+ American executives to help run Canadian operations, remotely? All the while, cutting labour by the hundreds. 
Double the sales force, but half the labour force? What do you think is going to happen? Pay attention to the people who actually do your work.

No regard for safety
No regard for compliance, especially Canadian compliance
No regard for continuous improvement or even basic maintenance
No sense of urgency for priority matters

They are trying to revolutionize an industry because they are too blind to see how their competitors are doing it (and doing it successfully). 

This company is pretty easy going as far as attendance goes. They offer some incentives to prospective employees but do little to keep good employees happy. For example, overtime after 44 hours, advertising profit sharing but not actually giving out a profit sharing cheque. Air conditioning is inadequate in some parts of the shop creating a "sweat shop" environment. Doors are kept shut and are connected to an alarm system. There are also security cameras throughout the shop which are actively monitored by management. Shift rotation and their shifts in general can change on a dime without much notice. Air quality is poor with indoor welding and grinding without proper or effective exhaust. Minimal face masks are available though.

In my overall experience at Sybridge Technologies, I would say my first 2 years there were great and i was excited for the future with the company. That being said, the company changed CEOs and a bunch of management was changed and shuffled around locations. I worked at 4 of the sybridge locations in the Windsor, ON. Area and ever since the changes in management moral changed as many perks were taken from employees, (ex bonuses, lunches, family events..).  My last 6 months working there I spoke to my plant manager multiple times to let him know how I felt and the people around me. I was basically brushed under the rug so I finally had enough one day and went to another shop.

I was placed in complicated jobs (Fixture Assembler, then lathe operator), with a willingness to work and learn, however they released me because they weren't willing to take the time to build me up. Moreover, they used to dump chemicals into the sewer until that got backed up, now do it on the grass, killing it. The 1st section of the shop sometimes smells like fecal matter because they don't properly ventilate the bathroom. 

Regular workforce there gets to enjoy being understaffed, overworked and underpaid. Good riddance.

Since day one of the takeover by Crestview it's been poor management after poor management and extreme bad planning. 
The current group has by far been the worst, with not laying suppliers, repairing machines, and literally bringing in Zero work for workers to sit around doing Diddley squat for almost a year.  

Was once the best place I ever worked when it was concours.  Can't even believe what it has become. God. What an embarrassment.
