I thought I would go to this place and work for benefits for my family. first thing they say in the interview is we are not the place that gets rid of you before your 60 days. Wrong less than 2 week to go I got let go after leaving another job for here. One supervisor did not like me and off I went .They could not even give me a reason beside it is not working out . But yet my work performance with every one else was great go figure . Every one warned me of him should have steered clear I guess. The other thing you will pay union dues to local 195 with no one helping or talking to you . Better off with out a union local 195 is the worst they need to put all that money that they take from people they do not help and train some stewards. Plus get laid off allot here or sent home early. Not dependable  work at all

Shifts are 6:30-2:30 and 2:30-10:30. The pay is terrible compared to the work load of some jobs. Some jobs are fairly easy, but high seniority will never let those go. There will be no more work at the end of 2019 and into the future. 

Last year we were denied and stripped of our annual Xmas dinner.  This just shows the kind of treatment you may look forward to from management. Imagine getting Xmas dinner every year (like most companies) and then they tell you they are not having one this year? Even though you spent the last year doing MANDATORY overtime on saturdays and Sunday’s. you give up your whole summer with nothing in return. I’m so embarrassed for our upper management.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good work environment, flexible with job rotation,fair wages and benefits. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting shipments out on time, waiting for trucks that are late. Keeping cell's caught up with proper parts at all times so production continues.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good place to work, alot of nice people that are willing to help you with any questions or help if needed. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was definitely a fast paced environment, some days are slow but overall, your on the go. Always something to do.

for the little time there that i got to work there as a TPT....i gained a lot more factory experience...for instance when i started as a picker i didn't that i would of been put into so many different position in the company and i really enjoyed the challenge...mangment is the best there....for a huge build was keeper clean and very safe place to work....it's to be for me that mother died and it destroyed me and i ruined my future with my poor dissions....would love to part of the Syncreon team once again...

Operated forklift extensively, transporting goods safely throughout the work area
Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment in good working condition
Replenish line with parts as per production schedules, ensure continuous production flow  
Remove empties and replace with full totes, transported finished goods to shipping area
Received large volumes of goods, inspected and verified goods against invoices
Confirmed accuracy of goods received, followed procedures and kept excellent records
Maintained a clean, safe and hazard free work environment

This was a company that was good to work for  most of the 22 years    If you do your work no one bothers you, unfortunately its automotive and that is not a great job any more, to many lay off.   The most enjoyable part of the job was the  great people or co workers and we had fun while working.  The hardest part of any of the jobs was when they up production and had to readjust to keep up.  I learned how to use air tools, manipulators, fork trucks

Managment does not care, about anything. 
For years I was pleading with management to get on these "brothers and sisters" to do their jobs.  You know small things like putting parts in the proper location, or booking out product or leaving you with a dead battery on your lift truck to start the shift....I can go on and on...they couldn't have cares less...as long as we got our #s, who cares.




Typical work week is 40 hours. Went through multiple runs of working mandatory saturdays.

The supervisor and managers are all very friendly, yet the fellow employees we share the floor with are always grumpy. Some are nice, but most are always angry and mad at eachother. 

Very fast paced environment.

Typical day would include joining my coworkers on a line, I worked first spot, so i would load empty bags onto the belt, inventory product by use of a scanner, quickly check for flaws in the product and place it in the proper spot and direction in bag.  After a set, moving them on to the next person and starting again.

Fairly easy going place.  The most difficult part is dealing with the heat/cold with the seasons as it is a warehouse facility.

I worked the midnight shift, Would start work at 10:15 pm to 7:30 am I learned a varied of jobs from Scanning parts to filling up racks with parts. Management was nice and most of the time fair and my co-workers were also good people.The hardest part of the job was scanning corroded bar codes which made it difficult to send out parts.The most enjoyable part of the job was learning various parts it took to make and automobile.
