Ownership had a good buy in to the safety program and valued the efforts we put in to making proactive changes.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Driver pushback and non-compliance was often a big stumbling block and took more time to resolve than needed to be.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company is 95% Indian owned and operated and the staff are friendly and easy to get along with. If you are part of that culture you can integrate pretty easily, if not, it will take some time as there is a lot of conversations held in Punjabi.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In the office, its no different than any other company. 9-5 work.

Day started with report of all the loads delivered last night and performance of our drivers then meet with maintenance department regarding the fleet ( truck and trailer) required service or maintenance, then plan with dispatch team about the loads we will be going to deliver later, Also keep in touch with billing department so that we are not behind in revenue,  always available for any complaint from staff employee or driver  and to solve their problems ASAP, I learned a lot from here how to manage different departments and how to work in stressful and challenging conditions, I am lucky enough to get co operation and love of co workers which makes my job whole lot easier and i enjoy each and every part of it .

Very good ,positive and positive environment. Very good people to work with. Very good dispatch.

Sometimes market becomes slow and so does work. But still you get enough work

Positive and professional environment . Very nice people. Get paid on time.

Comfortable and meaningful  day with positive people around

they are unbeatable,workhard and dispatch is 24/7

No any thing with them , all good

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
they are corporative and understanding and celebrate all occasions

If you know someone or are related then maybe it's good for you.. it's low pay and shifts are not flexible. Schedules are made without to their need. Training is not paid.. no PPE provided.. and they try to find every chance to deduct some money from somewhere. No paid time off .. 

Work environment is good. Health and safety is in place all the time.
Salary always directly deposited without any excuses. Newer model trucks. Dedicated units for long haul drivers.
Neat and clean offices ,dedicated office staff, good working environment. 




Very poor pay rates and dispatch is very bad they call you any time no fixed timing for work. They give better dispatch only to their favorites and you get only the leftover which nobody would like to do and you make like $180 in 14 hour trip to Edmonton or Lethbridge while driving in bad weather.  

Ok company to work with, sometimes you work 16 hours and sometimes 6 hours, which sucks. Sometimes too busy sometimes no work. Hard to balance your life. Other than that it is ok to work with them . Sometimes work 6 days sometimes 4 days. You are on call all the time. They will call you during your sleep time.

Company is biased they give the best load to the favourite drivers all other are given worst loads . No timing they will call you in middle of your sleep . All the want is to exploit drivers and there prefrence os to sell L M I A

The position turned out to be non conducive for the business considering the level of management to fill the role wasn't within the means of the business. The depletion of the role was a financial decision on their part.
