This is one of the most enjoyable places that I have worked at. It is a family run business. The Management truly cares about the staff. The Management Team works hard and expects the same from the rest of the staff. Everyone is fairly compensated for their work. A healthy work/life balance is highly encouraged.

Management has created a Staff Lounge with a TV and a Table Tennis Table for lunch hour enjoyment.

I enjoy going to work each day knowing that my efforts are noticed and appreciated.

Nice to be with a company that knows where they want to be and have hired the individuals who can execute the vision/mission

Most employees in this company are very happy with regards to the mission and our execution.

Team is gelling well and we are progressing very well with existing and new clients.

I loved the team I was working with but the entire management team - while seeming encouraging at the start - quickly proves themselves to be incompetent and extremely passive aggressive.  I will avoid companies like this in the future because you waste a lot of time learning their true stripes....

When I took the job with Synergi-FX, I was just out of university and was so appreciative of everything that I have learned and continue to learn.

Management is not responsive to staff and treated everyone as expendable.

The people working there were great but suffered through tremendous leadership challenges.

Exciting and Challenging job. Your career growth is in your hand. You can take up challenges as required. Management will not hold you. You can grow as much as you want technically. Growth from a technical position is hard.

So many really smart professionals. My skills and experience have increased a lot during my employment. If you bring your best to the table, you'll get a lot out if this company.

Hard to follow directions because the company has no meetings at all. There is a cowboy type of atmosphere where you are sent to the field with little support coming from management

The owners and managers have always given 100% to ensure that we have meaningful work every day.
Even through the economic restraints of the last few years, they continue to bring in great new projects.

If you are looking for a place to suck your soul, you found it. 

Worst management. Worst owners.   Do yourself a favour and stay away.  


They know how to wine, dine, and then screw you out of a living.
