I have worked for few companies in the past and must say that this company is all about training, coaching and continues improvement when it comes to their employees.  The time, effort and money that company puts into the employees training is something to be truly thankful.  Within the company it is a culture where people care about each other as well as their customers.  It is still a young company, and somethings they figure out as the company grows.  But their growth is remarkable.  No pressure selling!  Their approach is very different!   If you ready to learn and apply the sales systems, then this is for you.  If you are ambitious, smart and humbled, then this pace is for you!  If you care about people, this place is for you and company will always support you!  I worked there for over 5 years and left due family circumstances.  Grateful for the experience!  I thought I’ll share.

From the interview to the first day of training, I was enthusiastic about the opportunity to work here. The work appeared promising, the company seemed reputable, and the management gave the impression of being good and honest people.

However, as soon as training concluded, the situation deteriorated rapidly. We were assigned leads for jobs that we had not received training for. Additionally, the sales manager was also undergoing training, so I understand that he may not have been fully aware of the situation.

It is evident that there is a high turnover rate for a reason, and I believe that addressing these issues would be beneficial for both the employees and the company as a whole.

 I don’t recommend this job; it’s stressful, and the compensation might not match the demands. There's a lot of pressure to meet the company's goals, with a focus on the company's well-being rather than the employees'. Some colleagues can be challenging to work with, acting as if they own the place. Negative feelings are often indirectly expressed, creating a less-than-ideal atmosphere. The work environment can be reminiscent of high school, with people not always acting mature. It can be challenging when colleagues pretend to be friendly but gossip behind your back—a potentially difficult and uncomfortable workplace."

I have been working for System Sous-Sol Quebec for over 6 months and I have enjoyed every moment. My colleagues are especially lovely, with a lot of laughter in the office at almost all times. Every department within the company works together to achieve all of our goals. We encourage and congratulate each other on our achievements and hard work. Our potlucks are a wonderful monthly gathering that feels very much like a fun family meal. 
We are all in a continuous learning environment as we strive to be the best we can be at our jobs. 
Not having to check my emails or answer work calls on the weekend is definitely a plus. 

Every day working for Systèmes sous-sol, people have smiles on their faces. No one ever seems very stressed because we work as a team and people are there for each other. On my bad days, my coworkers actually notice and they are there to lift me up. There aren't unnecessarily high expectations. No one is expected to work more than they need to. A fantastic woman often brings baked goods for the whole company. Birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated, often with cake. Overall a great environment with a great team.

There is a reason Systèmes Sous-sol Québec is always hiring. It is because of their high standards for employees. They are constantly hiring and firing and lots of people leave in between. At first I thought this was an exciting new opportunity for me, but after a few weeks of training I was already starting to feel the pressure and expectations that you have to be PERFECT. The employees at the company are all really nice, but you can tell how stressed they are as well.

Excellent work/life balance. Continuous learning and self improvement is at the core of company values. It gives everyone the opportunity to succeed and grow, personally and professionally.
10 years and going strong! I have been a successful sales representative for over 8 years while making great money. I have now become the sales manager for the company, allowing me  to guide, motivate, teach the sales team for success.
