It's really easy to get a job here, the problem starts when they hire you. They don't train you to do your job and you get thrown out to the wolves not knowing what to do and they expect you to do everything perfectly. If you don't you will get in trouble. They make you work at such a fast pace like a chicken with it's head cut off. You get two 24 minute breaks, the problem is that the lunch room is a five minute walk one way from where you have to park your machine. So you actually get two 14 minute breaks for a really physically and fast paced job. And at the end of your three month probation they won't hire you on no matter how good of a worker you are. Save your time and don't apply.

The work is extremely easy, almost mind numbingly so. However, as an experienced worker I can say they give zero training to new hires. You're literally just a number, someone doesn't like you, you're gone. I drove forklift, the job was easy and pay wasn't bad. I quit due to the culture. If you don't mind being just a number and possibly being sent home early everyday it's not bad. Management and supervisors hide in the offices while a bunch of children oversee the operations. Also a very unsafe place to work as warehouse is literally 3X over capacity.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional management. Constantly making threats towards your job security, meanwhile your job performance depends on the speed and traffic of others inside the factory. Performance is described as "productivity". You must finish your order in a specific time frame, otherwise your prod goes down. If you have low prod, they send you home early, not giving you the opportunity to raise it back up. Constantly hiring new workers, so when they fire multiple people after 6 weeks, they aren't short staffed. Two twenty four minute breaks are given to each employee for every 8 hour shift. Also common for Transline to be late with payment.

When I worked through this agency they put me somewhere terrible. 
-Discrimination
-Constantly was underpaid for what I actually worked(missing hours off my paycheck and they couldnt find our time sheets)
-Also often not getting my paychecks on time due to some disorganization(didnt get my paycheck for 3-4 weeks at one point)
-Saw people go home too early often because they brought too many people in
-Often unorganized and confused
-Unpleasant experience overall
I suggest going anywhere else.

When you get told you have a set schedule and plan on it, you expect to be working until you're let go. I didn't even get a week in before there was no placement available for me (although, looking at the job board there is) and I haven't been let go. I'm livid as I dedicate myself to my job and without work I can't pay my bills. During the intake the guy was on the phone for over half of it trying to get previous employee's issues figured out. I was put in a pretty awesome warehouse though which made me hopeful that there are places that care about safety.

The people from Belvika are just so disrespectful towards you. Also, the line leaders talk to you as if you are garbage. The weakly payment if forever always late and sometimes they forget to give you a portion of your due money. There is a lot of discrimination happening and people mostly bicker at each other instead of actually working which makes your line less efficient, which affects you at the end of the day which can lead you to get fired even if it is mainly not your fault. I would not recommend this. Also, it is a poorly payed job.

I enjoy working with transline. working enviornment is supportive. transline pay faire as per work, they pay overtime, bonus, pay for every public holidays. Transline management is excellent. they guide everyone perfectly and find a perfect working place as per availability and requirements. workplace culture is good. I highly recommend transline to everyone, even my every friend once worked with transline they all had a excellent experience. My Manager Jobanjot kaur is very helpful and supportive.

Good place to work for both who look for either full time or part time work. They accomodate you as per your availability. A typical day on work involves faced paced packaging with instructions from your leader. Hiring and promotion opportunities should be given to employees with good experience and qualifications. For some work officials there is a need to take the human approach to get the work done.

Was rarely brought in for shifts, while the job was advertised as full-time packager I was brought in for 7 shifts, 7! In 4 weeks. I got more than that working at a pizza hut in a small town. The pay rate is god awful but what can you expect from a temp agency. You never knew if you were in or not unless you emailed multiple times a day. The only good thing about working for transline was the weekly paycheques. But even then I made maybe $600 there so what does it matter.

Was told in Brantford it was full time by TRG and the company they are doing their co pack for. In total in 2 weeks worked only 18 hours over 3 shifts. Multiple shift cancelations, when they cancel or need to confirm attendance a worker is treated like a toddler with multiple means of contact (call,email and text) within minutes of each other .
If you have bills to pay, a family to support, or just full time work right now in Btantford this job won't give you the ability to.
