This company will waist your time only. If you live in London be prepared to spend between $280 and $300 minimum in gas per month , and during the winter time it's very dangerous to reach this place due to the road conditions. 
Management is the worse I've seen in my life, poor consideration of the employees working there.
The equipment is constantly out of order which will turn your shift into a nightmare. If you are sent to work outside, you have to deal with all the weather extremes like rain, cold, freezing rain and low temperatures in the winter (-20 or -30) doing the job for two people on your own.
Salary is ridiculous ($12.60 net for not even 40 hours per week) and not worthy your time spent there. Expect to loose money at the end of the month. 
Stay away from this place!!

Fantastic company. I worked there for a few months as a temp, and I absolutely loved it. Wonderful staff and employees, great HR department and a fun place to work. I would highly recommend.

Depending on the time of year, the hours can get bumped up and I worked some pretty long days, but Fridays are short days and the breaks were fair.

The building can get hot in the summer and cold in winter, but it was not unbearable and you do get additional breaks on exceptionally hot days.

The supervisors were awesome. Very helpful, down-to-earth and generally good people. Coworkers were a great bunch of guys to work with.

Overall one of the best places I ever worked at. If I wasn't going into another career field I would have stayed.

I learned various skills that will help me in the future, and taught those skills to new and old co-workers. Great manager and lots of hours but the work place was unsafe often and I constantly had myself and others safety in mind while working. The hardest part of the job was keeping attention to detail while making sure you operate in a safe manner. Due to broken parts and untrained staff many co-workers were injured on site. The greatest part about this position was the easy going environment and all the skills built while working.

The owners were great but they retired.

The office staff fighting and not seeing eye to eye. Very shady management

In the plant it was good. The office staff is very deceitful and underhanded. Everyone backstabs to get ahead. No morals or ethics in management

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Whatever the owner tells me to do

Steady paced work and nice co-workers. starting pay is 12.00/hour with a 40 hour work week usually. After you a couple of weeks you'll get the hang of it and start working with a better sense of what to do. hours do tend to dip in the winter. hours will also be cut or overtime added at rather short notice. dress for the weather and be prepared to adjust the work at hand. overall not a bad place to work other than the short hours in the winter and the heat in the summer(as there's no cooling).

It was a very stressful environment at TRS. The staff were very cliquey and made it uncomfortable to ask questions or request help. They would talk badly about temp workers and make us feel less than. The trainers were impatient and easily aggravated. The company is too cheap to even provide you with a hammer... even as a temp worker, you are made to purchase a $50+ framing hammer. The hours are long. The clean up is dirty and it's hard to breathe. The HR manager is a miserable, angry woman. Not a nice place to work.

Christmas bonuses were always a surprise. Loved the people I worked with. They always were willing to help me out when I needed it. The hardest part of my job was wanting to make the work environment a better place but management didn't want to hear it. They need more air circulation. I did not feel as if the company really cared about the well being of the workers.

Work 9.5 to 10 hours a day. 
Learned the basic knowledge of building was and reading blue prints.
Some of the management is well presented and knowledgeable while others are not. 
Most co-works are very easy to get along.
Hardest part of the job is working with the management that has never worked on the plant floor.
The best part of the job is working with the great bunch of guys who also work there

No structure , people are not kind to new employees . Wage is not fair and does not increase when you advance your knowledge . Poor safety protection on the floors . Hard to breathe no air circulation. 

You will get yelled at by other you work with if you do not do it fast enough or make a mistake . 

Must be comfortable working with power tools and other people. However I hope you aren't too afraid of the site of blood because injuries happen regularly. Im sure they've improved since I've been there though. Was a great place to work.
